Family friendly, starting to get dated, jacuzzi didn’t work and the hideabed was broken.. but the kids loved it and the boardwalk was nice. Area lacks somewhere nearby for breakfast.

Fairmont Hot Springs is an amazing paradise in the Valley and Mountain View Resorts is the place to stay while enjoying the area. The staff are world class. There with a smile and hello and happy to assist with anything that makes your stay more enjoyable. The pool area is exceptional. Spend an hour or the day. I can go on and on but nothing better then enjoying it for yourself.

First time staying at Mountain View and Suites overall I thought the place was good the building is a bit dated But the rooms were pretty good size the fold out couch was ok. The king mattress was very comfortable. The staff was amazing very friendly no issues at all. The pool was wonderful my kids had a awesome time it was warm and very enjoyable I would definitely recommend staying there again..I will be coming back :)

The Property was good , if your travelling with Kids this place is great. They have a heated pool with a slide for kids. They have a restaurant onsite called Board Walk with Burgers, fries and shakes. The staff were very friendly and great to deal with. The pull out sofa bed is terrible and really outdated. The hotel rooms need renovations but overall the place was good.

We had a wonderful stay with an excellent view of the pool from our balcony. Gurbir Singh at the pool was so friendly and great with all the kids and adults. The only negative I would say is that there were too many wasps on the property, especially at the pool so alot of time was spent swatting them away. We couldn’t even enjoy our food at Boardwalk Burgers because of the amount of wasps swarming us. Maybe management could investigate why there are so many of them and spray. Aside from that, we would definitely stay here again.

This property is in desperate need of a renovation. The building looks very tired as do the suites. We stayed with a group who had separate suites and every one of them wasn’t cleaned properly nor were they up to date. The parking is horrendous and tight. If you’re in a pinch this would suffice for a night however I would strongly recommend staying elsewhere if you want a relaxing visit.
