"Our team is accessible by phone, text, or through the booking platform. However, we prefer communicating via the platform you've chosen to ensure the quickest response, as multiple team members assist with managing messages.

As far as physical interactions, we like to provide privacy. If anything needs repair or replacement during your stay, we may stop by ourselves or send a maintenance team member to resolve the issue.

Fairport Village is well-known for its scenic Canalside charm. Take a stroll or jog along the canal, enjoy a meal at one of the local restaurants, or grab a drink at one of the three popular breweries in the area!

This property is part of a 4-unit home, and you’ll be sharing the driveway and porch with our long-term tenants, so we kindly ask for your respect and consideration. Conveniently located just a short drive from Target, Wegmans, and Walgreens, and only 16 minutes from downtown Rochester.

ON-SITE PARKING: There's room for 1 car to park on-site.

BY CAR: Drive into the village to have your fun- there are several areas to park nearest where you're going. Quick commute to nearby places like Target & Wegmans (5 min), the City of Rochester (16 min), Village of Penfield, Eastview Mall (12 min).

BY BUS: The nearest bus stop is under a 5 minute walk away, at the corner of Main St. and Whitney Rd.

ON FOOT : The place is just a quick walk away from all things in the Village including the Erie Canal, local shops and restaurants.

This space is small, but fun & modern and features:

-Parking for 1 vehicle
-Twin Bed
-Kitchen stocked with essentials
-Coffee (we provide a day's worth of ground coffee- bring more if you'd like!)

The apartment is part of a unique multi-family property, part of which is home to our long-term tenants, and three units of which are short-term rentals. Everyone has assigned parking as there is a shared driveway.

Please note that the studio is compact, measuring approximately 100 sqft and sleeping arrangement is a Twin sized bed. Perfect for a solo traveler only!

In the Spring and Summer months, we tend to see some ants making their way indoors. We do treat the interior and exterior regularly, but they can be stubborn creatures. Please let us know in advance if you have any questions about this.
