The outdoor patio is fantastic for enjoying a glass of wine and observing nature right outside your front door. A lighted pathway leads to 2 parking spots for your usage.

Also, please note that the unit has no steps or stairs and parking is right outside the front door just a few steps to the one-level apartment on the ground floor. Speed free Internet Wi-fi, big screen HD TV, free on-demand cable/movies. Children are welcome, porta-crib available.

Check-in anytime from 3 PM on. To access the apartment, turn off Highway 202 also known as Fall City Snoqualmie Road at 356th Dr. SE. The very first home you will see on the left-hand side is your destination. You'll see a driveway in front of a stone fence then and you have arrived. Enter the gate of the stone fence to access your apartment.
Your dog is welcome but please keep him/her off beds and sofas.

Wonderful stay--clean and quiet
What a nice guesthouse for our weekend in Carnation! The master bedroom is spacious, and the large bed was really comfortable. My daughter slept on the futon, and the extra memory foam pad was a bonus. She said it was really comfortable, too. The rocking leather chairs were cozy, and we loved the quite property. Thank you for a wonderful place to stay!

This is one of the top three properties we have ever stayed at while on vacation. Not only is the property clean and well appointed, it includes thoughtful touches like air purifier, water cooler, laundry detergent, and first aid kit that you normally do not find at other places. The king bed is very comfortable and the whole place is so quiet that we had no problem getting a good night sleep. Communication with Evelyn is very easy and her check-in and check-out instructions were very clear and concise. The property is only a few minutes drive from Snoqualmie Falls and lots of restaurants and wine tasting rooms in the surrounding area. I highly recommend Evelyn's place and can't wait to go back!

Lovely getaway!
A cozy farmhouse-type stay. Very clean, very family friendly, and beautiful! The hosts clearly love their property, and it results in such a nice little getaway. Still close to plenty of attractions and food, too. We had a fantastic time!

This is a nice property with a charming garden that I did not get to use. The place is clean and spacious for 1-2 people. I would rent the place again. PSA: If you enter the property from the wrong side, it is a little tricky to find the entrance to the rental wing of the house. I arrived ~11 and it took me ~20 min to figure out where to get in.

This unit was perfect for my, wife, toddler and I to spend a few days in Fall city! The location is great, perfectly located between Fall City and Snoqualmie. The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed and more! The king size bed was SO comfortable as well as the chairs in the living area! The outside space was a patio and although no grass or yard access, it was a great space for entertaining our toddler and having a glass of wine at night!! There were issues with the internet briefly that the host was quick to resolve, early in the morning! I would say that the hosts have gone above and beyond to make their rental comfortable and enjoyable! We will definitely be back!!

Cozy Mamma bear apartment
The accommodations and rates were excellent. In the description it does say sleeps 4 but that means 3 teen/adults and a baby. The home is split off with 3 separate entries for other accommodations. The pictures of the property don't accurately reflect which area you are assigned to. The yard is to the main house and the cozy mamma bear cabin entry is facing the street behind the main house with a small drive space. It was very clean and had all the amenities described. Location was great right off of WA 202. Evelyn was very nice and helpful. Bed was comfortable and the place was very welcoming.

Storm Worthy Stay
Our visit happened during the big storm just before Christmas. The VRBO was well provisioned and communications with manager were great when the power and Internet went out in the entire area. We loved this place and will most definitely book it for our next "grandparents" visit. Looking forward to being here in summer..

Easy getaway near North Bend
We were in town for the North Bend Film Fest and rented this apartment from Evelyn. It was a quick easy 15 minute drive to be in North Bend. The property is beautiful and the apartment is well appointed and comfortable. We loved the local coffee shop in Fall City in the morning. The futon is the most comfortable futon I have ever slept on. Having the AC, dehumidifier, and air filters along with a spring water dispenser is a nice touch. We will definitely stay here again next year.
