Welcome to our hideaway just blocks from NDSU and Downtown Fargo. Enjoy the use of our full kitchen with a dining area, fast wifi, and smart TVs in every room. The apartment features three bedrooms, a bathroom, full kitchen, and private in-unit laundry. You'll have this full apartment to yourself for the duration of your stay.

The Space:
With three bedrooms and a full kitchen/dining area there will be plenty of room for your whole group. The kitchen/dining area are the central part of the apartment with a bedroom and bathroom connected and the other two bedrooms down the hallway. The laundry room is located off of the hallway as well.

The Neighborhood:
This apartment is situated in the basement of an apartment building that sits in a quiet neighborhood with a variety of single-family homes and small apartment buildings just two blocks from NDSU and a short drive from Downtown Fargo.

Getting Around:
There's plenty of parking around the building on the streets as well as parking lots in front and behind the building. Lots are first come first served. If you're on foot, NDSU is just two blocks to the west and there is also a main bus route two blocks west or east. Google MAT bus Fargo for rates and times.

Clean property with easy check-in, good communication with host. Bedrooms are very comfortable and kitchen usable. Other than the kitchen/dining area there is no group space. This worked great for us as we were out and about all day but if you are looking for a space with a family room just know this may not work.

Decent for the price
We needed an affordable place to stay while visiting and this was just the ticket. Close to the airport and my late brother's home, but I put 300 miles on my rental car touring the area from this basement apartment. We stayed almost a week and while there were no comfortable couches or chairs, we were on the go a lot so it didn't matter and was just fine for our needs.

In town for a week long wrestling tournament at the FargoDome. Property was older, but very clean with everything we needed. Location was convenient and close enough to walk if necessary. It was also close to several decent places to eat. We would stay here again.
