Good chain hotel, air conditioned room, comfy bed. Restaurant had tasty offerings, great staff. Breakfast was average, with few offerings. Parking was in a multi storey car park on the other side of the road (£10) for overnight.

I was very impressed with the politeness of all the staff especially the reception, The only downside is the TV technology was only basic ,it could do with upgrading like your Birmingham leonardo, Other wise will stay again for sure.

Nice hotel but really needs to look at some little bits that need fixing that would make the place seem nicer. Cracked tiles in the bathroom, a toilet seat that's coming off and a partially blocked sink could be remedied.
