Casa Alina is a semi-detached structure that spreads over a single floor. The entrance leads directly to the living area consisting of a furnished sitting room with a sofa, a dining table, a TV and open-plan kitchen equipped with an oven, a microwave and moka.
A corridor runs through the sleeping area, the latter consisting of three bedrooms, two with a queen-size bed and a TV each, and one with two single beds. A bathroom with shower completes the layout.
The added value of the property is definitely the outdoor spaces: surrounded by a large furnished garden shared with the property upstairs, the property also has a private furnished patio and a barbecue for delicious dinners to be enjoyed outdoors.

Fasano lays down in between Brindisi and Bari. It is surrounded by wood hills which slowly become valleys, rich of thousand year-old olive trees and typical “masserie” that open up to the sea. The inspiring historic centre is made of lime buildings and of several churches located around the alleys, as well as of majestic buildings coming from the glorious past of the city. Among the recommended sites are “Piazza Ciaia”, “Torrione delle Fogge” and the Church of San Giovanni Battista. Then, the “Selva” area with its villas, green hills and the “Minareto” that overlooks the entire city of Fasano. Going further east, you will bounce into the marine towns of Savelletri and Torre Canne, and the Archeological Site of Egnazia. From here, our guests can easily discover the amazing and hidden places of our land: Cisternino, known as one of the most beautiful village in Italy; Alberobello, which is famous for its ancient dwellings, Trullos, world heritage since 1996. 30 kms north our guests can visit Polignano a Mare and Monopoli, old fishermen villages with evocative historic centres and enchanting beaches. Going further north, guests can find Bari, Eastern threshold, meanwhile toward south our guest will get to Torre Guaceto nature reserve, just before reaching Brindisi and Lecce, capital of Barocco. Taranto, the heart of Magna Grecia is located west of Ostuni, and then Matera, famous for its Sassi and European capital of culture for 2019.
Brindisi (50 minutes) and Bari (60 minutes) are the closest airports to Fasano.
