5 Stars Because It’s Pet Friendly
The location is superb. The host was easy to work with. The place is clean and comfortable. We only slept in the master bedroom so can’t speak to the comfort of the other two bedrooms but the king bed was very comfortable. The kitchen is a little sparse in terms of being able to prepare meals at home. We could have used a full set of eating utensils and glasses but we made do. The little fenced in part of the yard was super convenient for our dogs. There is only hand soap so plan accordingly if you expect shampoo and body soap. The ice maker and water in the refrigerator door did not work so we had to buy ice and water for our stay. Host said they were not aware of this but would have it repaired. We are so grateful to hosts like this that are pet friendly so I’m very generous in my ratings. This isn’t 5 stars because it’s fancy. But it’s clean, safe, cozy, and the location can’t be beat. We would definitely stay here again.

Fair house in a good neighborhood
Our stay was fairly okay however this was one of the most disappointing VRBO experiences I’ve had. We arrived there on a sweltering hot day and realized the property manager still hadn’t emailed us check in instructions. We had a difficult time getting ahold of her and ended up having to wait awhile. The house had an odd smell and the floor was greasy/oily. Dishes in the cupboards were dirty and cabinets looked dusty and splattters. In general the place was not too clean.The house itself was quite nice and worked well for what we needed.There is plenty of room for a bigger group.

MU neighbor
Functional property in nice neighborhood and safe for walking. We were a few minutes drive from MU and many stores/restaurants. Home was neat, pretty, modern and clean (kitchen floor looked clean but unpleasant under bare feet). Great to have a washer/drier!, large frig, dishwasher. Bedrooms very nice, beds comfortable. Furniture all in good shape. Altogether a nice place to stay!

The house had a terrible musty mold smell to it. Not sure what’s going on there, but it made for a very uncomfortable stay. Both bathrooms had an almost empty roll of toilet paper on the roll upon arrival, and only 1 roll total as backup. Obviously I had to borrow toilet paper from my sister in law. The towels were stained and 1 towel looked like it was used-looked like makeup on it. I was disappointed in the house. I’m sure if I didn’t have to deal with that smell, it would have made a much more enjoyable stay.

Wedding weekend
We stayed at here while celebrating my daughter’s wedding, The house was perfect, location was great. The host went above and beyond to make our stay great! Would definitely stay here again if I have to return yo Fayetteville!!!

Great Space, Needs Cleaning
The stay was good, minus the linens that were provided (towels and washcloths were white but obviously stained with filth, they were yellow) and the dog hair throughout the space, especially in bedrooms. Luckily, we did bring our own linens and our own cleaning supplies.

Great place to stay near Fort Bragg
Great place for 4-6 people. This was exactly what we were looking for to compliment our trip to visit family. Neighborhood was very good and the house was clean with comfortable beds. We had 4 staying overnight and my brother and niece came over for dinner and games at night.
