Lovely location
The owner has 3 apartments in this small building facing the sea. Make sure you are renting the right one for you as the adv could be clearer. The apartments have been renovated to a good standard and are well equipped. The owner is helpful and friendly. A 3 minute walk along the coastal path brings you into the harbour and cafes. There are no sandy beaches in the area as the shoreline is rocky. Only minus was the internet speed ranged from 13mb to under 1mb during our stay for no apparent reason.

Die Lage der Ferienwohnung ist perfekt, die Dachterrasse mit Meerblick war unser Wohnzimmer, traumhaft schön. Die Kommunikation mit Karmen war vorbildlich. Fazana ist ein liebenswertes Fischerdorf, ein sehr guter Ausgangspunkt, um die südliche Hälfte Istriens zu erkunden. Unsere Fahrräder waren täglich im Einsatz. 100% Weiterempfehlung.

Traumurlaub
Das Objekt ist zu 100% so, wie beschrieben. Die Lage direkt am Strand ist einfach traumhaft. Die Wohnung ist für 2 Personen völlig ausreichend, voraus gesetzt, das Wetter spielt mit. Die Dachterasse hat jetzt eine feste Markise sowie einen Tisch , vier Stühle und zwei Liegen. Man hält sich, wenn man in der Wohnung ist, eigendlich nur auf der Terasse auf. Winzig kleine, aber ausreichende Küche, ein Bad mit Dusche, WC und Waschbecken, alles da was man braucht. Kurze Wege zu Einkaufsmöglichkeiten & Bäcker sowie Restaurants rundum. Die Begrüßung und Einweisung in die Wohnung durch die Vermieterin war sehr freundlich. Einzig die Wegbeschreibung zur Wohnung ist etwas schwierig. Wenn man die Hausnummer 17 im Navi eingibt steht man vor einen "Einfahrt verboten" Schild. Da darf man aber als Mieter reinfahren und am Ende der Strasse kurz vor der Sperre links ist dann das Haus. Parkplätze vor dem Haus sind ausrechend vorhanden. Am Wochenende wird es von der Strandbar her in der Nacht etwas lauter, entweder man feiert mit, oder man macht das Schiebeelement zu und die Klimaanlage an. Dann kann man sehr gut in einem 2 x 2 Meter großem Bett schlafen. Wir können die Wohnung nur weiter empfehlen. Vielen Dank nochmal an Frau Parlov für den schönen Urlaub, wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

Sommerurlaub in Fazana
Sehr schöne und saubere Wohnung mit toller Dachterasse, ca. 75 Meter bis zum Meer. Die Wohnung ist gut ausgestattet und bietet alles, was wir während unserem Aufenthalt benötigt haben. Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit in Fazana und haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Von der Dachterrasse hat man einen schönen Ausblick auf das Meer. Von Fazana aus sind viele Tagesausflüge möglich (z.B. Pula, Rovinj und Brijuni-Inseln). In Fazana selbst kann man am Abend sehr gut Essen gehen.

Super Urlaub mit Baby direkt am Strand in Stadtnähe
Die Wohnungen in diesem Objekt haben meiner Meinung nach die Beste Lage in ganz Fazana. Sie sind sehr gut ausgestattet und sehr modern. Es war alles sehr sauber und gepflegt. Die Vermieter sind sehr nett uns sehr hilfsbereit. Wir können es jedem nur sehr empfehlen. Wir sind als Familie mit einem 11 Monate alten Kind gereist. Der Parkplatz ist direkt vor der Tür und das Meer auch. In wenigen Metern hat man die ersten Bars und eine Bäckerei. Wir werden auf jeden Fall wieder kommen.

Die Unterkunft liegt direkt an der Adria, es ist sehr schön und man ist direkt im Ortskern von Fazana. Wir können es nur empfehlen hier zu Übernachten.

Wie zuhause!
Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Wohnung C war ausreichend geräumig und sehr sauber. Matratze ausgezeichnet und der Einbauschrank ausreichend geräumig. Das WLAN funktionerte innerhalb des Zimmers ausgezeichnet - auf der Dachterasse leider nicht mehr so gut. Die Küche war mit allem ausgestattet was man benötigt - Entkalkungsmittel mitnehmen. Insgesamt war die Unterkunft sehr sauber und gemütlich. Die Lage ein Traum - kurze Wege und der Strand in drei Minuten Fußweg zu erreichen. Bringen sie Mülltüten zur Mülltrennung mit ;-) - alle Geschäfte des täglichen Bedarfs fußläufig in weniger als 19 Minuten. Wir können diese Unterkunft uneingeschränkt empfehlen!

Tolle Lage, sehr sauber und netter Vermieter
Alles sehr neu, war alles sehr sauber. Kommunikation im Vorfeld war sehr gut. Die Lage etwa 150m vom Meer ist perfekt für alle die dort gern baden gehen, so startet der Tag schon sehr erfrischend. Die Dachterrasse mit dem Ausblick aufs Meer und Brijuni ist wunderbar, wird nur durch wenige Bäume auf öffentlichem Grund getrübt. Die Anfahrt zum Parkplatz direkt vor dem Haus ist ein wenig ungewöhnlich, muss man sich erklären lassen. Einziger wehrmutstropfen war das ein bißchen zu kurze Bett, ich schätze nur 180cm lang. Sonst aber ein sehr erholsamer Urlaub in einer absolut empfehlenswerten Unterkunft mit sehr netten Vermietern. Absolut zu empfehlen

Einfach traumhaft
Wir waren dieses Jahr schon den dritten Urlaub im Appartement C, es ist einfach toll. Alles in der offiziellen Beschreibung und was ich in meiner Bewertung vor 2 Jahren geschrieben habe, trifft noch immer zu, neu ist, man kann die riesige Dachterrasse, komplett überdachen. Verlässt man das Grundstück und geht nach links, so kommt man nach ca. 400m zu einem großen Supermarkt (Plodine), mit allen üblichen Abteilungen, einer Warmtheke, Cashpoints und einem Cafe. Geöffnet hat der Supermarkt 7 Tage von 7 bis 22 Uhr, sicherheitshalber "Plodine" im Internet eingeben und checken, es kann sich ja etwas geändert haben. Tipp: die Vermieterin anrufen und mit ihr klären, ob man lieber eine gemeinsame Zudecke haben möchte oder jeder seine eigene. An den Zufahrten stehen "Durchfahrt verboten" Schilder, diese gelten nicht für Anlieger.

Ein wunderbarer, erholsamer Urlaub in einer tollen Unterkunft.
Die Wohnung ist wirklich so toll wie sie auf den Fotos gezeigt wird. Wenn man aus der Haustür geht steht man quasi am Strand. In der Wohnung wahr alles notwendige vorhanden. Der Ortskern und ein großer Supermarkt sind in wenigen Gehminuten zu erreichen. Die Vermieter der Wohnung sind wunderbar. Es war im voraus unkompliziert mit dem Vertrag und der Kommunikation, da Frau Herak Parlov deutsch spricht. Empfangen hat uns ihr Mann der ebenfalls sehr nett und zuvorkommend war. Die Wohnung ist auf jeden Fall weiterzuempfehlen.
