Great, peaceful retreat
Our stay at Riverdance was wonderful! The home was very clean (I’m pretty picky about that), and had all of the necessary essentials. We really enjoyed the heated pool, the wildlife viewing and the serenity of the backyard. There is so much to do very close by for those days that we were able to tear ourselves away from the home! Todd is a great host, quick to reply and to address any issue. Already booked again for next year and looking forward to it!

Relaxing Stay
My husband and I loved the house. The layout is great and it’s very comfortable. The view of the river is beautiful and relaxing, even though the weather wasn’t the best. We lost power one night but sat and talked rather than watching TV so not a bad thing. We will definitely be back.

Riverdance Exceeds Expectations
Riverdance is a very comfortable home at the end of the street in a nice neighborhood just minutes from Douglas and Saugatuck. It is nicely situated on the Kalamazoo River with lots of bird life and great views. The home is well furnished. We enjoyed our stay here.

Definitely one to revisit!
Home and location were absolutely wonderful. Riverdance overlooks the Kalamazoo River which is home to beautiful wildlife. We enjoyed hours of fun and relaxation in the heated pool, hottub, deck, screened porch, and lounging and cooking indoors while enjoying the view outdoors. We rented kayaks for the weekend and were able to set in and out as we chose. What an awesome long weekend!

Best Rental Home We Have Ever Had
We have stayed in many rental homes on vacation and this one is by far the best. First of all, the property is beautiful, even more beautiful than the listing (which is saying a lot). The wildlife near the property is so neat. Second, the home itself is very clean and well decorated. I am a neat freak and I am really grossed when the homes we stay at are not truly clean. This one was VERY clean, and you can tell the owner takes care to keep things in good repair. It was well stocked with things like dish soap, shampoo, etc which I think was really going above and beyond since most places we have rented are very stingy when it comes to those little things. Lastly, it was pretty chilly while we were there and my kids could still use the pool and hot tub. I know the listing says the pool is heated, but in the back of my mind i was doubtful it would actually be warm enough for us to swim. Well, I was wrong. It was really heated quite a bit so my kids were able to enjoy a lot of swimming despite the chilly weather. That really made a difference in the trip and we enjoyed it so much more because of that. This is an excellent stay for anyone, but I would especially recommend it for a family. We will be back at some point!

Wonderful Riverdance
We have been to several homes as rental’s and this one is one of the best!!!! Peaceful surroundings, exceptional amenities. All the beds are super comfy! On Lake Kalamazoo in a secluded area but the short drive to Saugatuk and Douglas makes the location perfect. We will be back!

Stunning views, beautiful clean, comfortable home.
Could not be happier with this home. It is exactly as described, maybe better. The hot tub was great, and although we didn’t get to enjoy the pool, we all imagined it would be stunning in the warm weather to lounge about in, or around, taking in the beautiful river views, watching all the wildlife, including the swans and herons. House is very spacious, very clean, and comfortable furniture and beds. Screened porch would be great in the summer to keep bugs away, and watch sunrises. Full walls of windows make this house very bright and inviting. Great vacation rental! Thanks for sharing!!

Great house and location
Riverdance was a great house for our family with 4 young kids and the location is minutes from multiple beaches. The house is well appointed and very comfortable. The owner/manager was great to work with and very responsive when a couple of minor issues came up. We look forward to staying here again.

Ideal Location & Floorplan
We rented Todd’s place for a long weekend with friends away from husbands/kids. It was so clean, the location is fantastic and everything in the house was perfectly kept, cleaned and very well maintained. The outside area was perfect for our needs. The pool was extremely relaxing and nice and warm, even on a cool afternoon. I would absolutely stay here again!

We had the best time staying at this property. The house was immaculately clean and exactly as described. Great for our family with 3 little kids. Such a quiet, peaceful area and super quick drive to downtown Saugutuck. We weren’t ready to leave and will definitely be back!

This property is AMAZING. The house is perfect - all on one level and decorated SO nicely! Our favorite things were the hot tub, the amazing views, watching the wildlife, the decor...we could go on and on. We cannot wait to come back when the pool is open. Todd, the owner, was welcoming and was available for any questions or problems. If I could give this property 25 stars I would! Highly recommend! (just not when we want to stay there! LOL)

Perfect Retreat
We had a wonderful stay in Douglas! We enjoyed the view of the river while the kids splashed in the pool. The layout of the hone perfectly accommodated two families with young kids. The design was modern and comfortable. The kitchen had everything we needed, including an upright mixer for whipping up kid approved treats! Todd made our experience top notch from proving information regarding the anticipated pool closure for the season, to where the trundle sheets were stored and finally allowing an early check in on arrival. We will definitely be booking this home with a wildlife haven again!

We had a terrific stay at Riverdance. The location was perfect - close enough to town for it to be convenient yet far enough out that we felt disconnected. The corner lot with the pool, hot tub, and river could not have been better. The house was perfectly appointed with everything we could have needed and more (there was even little bottles of soap and shampoo in the bathroom!). Outfitted in Pottery Barn furniture, the home was very comfortable, clean, and delightful. We communicated with the home owner throughout our stay and he was terrific. I highly recommend this property. We will be back.

Picturesque property
From start to finish the process of renting the property with Todd was seamless. He communicates in a timely and professional fashion. His property is equipped with everything you’d need. From the moment we stepped in we felt safe and at home due to the clean scents of the house. Making our way around we just fell in love and spent nearly 100% of the time in the backyard. A gem on the lake
This place has it all. It is on a corner lot with a large backyard where the heated pool, hot tub, BBQ and fire pit are. We spent lots of time in the three season room, eating meals looking out at nature. People are fishing on the lake and we saw several catches right by the property. The lake is loaded with swans. Todd is an amazing host, responded quickly to any questions and is very accommodating. The home is large and roomy. Beds are comfortable. Had whatever we needed on the property as if anticipating our needs. You will not regret choosing this property if you are looking for a beautiful escape.

Perfection...
Just home from a 5-night stay at Riverdance and it was perfect! The house was amazing; comfy, peaceful, roomy and sparkling clean. Didn’t even matter that we had rainy, cold weather as we spent time with our adult kids and granddaughter playing games, baking, eating way too much, reading and reconnecting. Saugatuck /Douglas were fun to explore but Riverdance was the gem!! Don’t forget to visit The Farmhouse in Douglas for extraordinary sandwiches, soups and bakery. Thank you Todd for everything...
