Recently renovated home in upscale Fenton, Michigan. Everything in the home is brand new, recently renovated in 2023. Large open floor plan, modern kitchen with quartz counter tops, huge island, bar, two 72" televisions as well as two large areas for spending time with friends and family. Upscale dining is less than 10 minutes away, lots of shops downtown, golf right out your front door, and several lakes within 5 minutes of the home. There are 2 public sandy beaches within 10 minutes of the home, 2 public boat launches and plenty of room in the driveway for your boat. Several local lakes for great fishing and kayaking. Enjoy elegant dining downtown, with many ethnic food choices. There is a local winery right around the corner from this home. There is everything you need for a great vacation with family and friends.

Perfect Stay!
The house was very clean and comfy. There was so much space and it had everything we needed. The host was always available and quick to respond to any questions. We really enjoyed our stay and will be looking for this property the next time we are home to visit family and friends in Michigan. I received so many compliments on how nice the property was. Great location
This location is right across from a golf course so it was quiet. Be aware that at this time (May 5-10, 2024) there is road construction which makes Torrey Road a one way but that doesn't affect how nice this property is. It is a very pleasant house and we recommend it it to everyone. Plus, this location allows pets for you to bring along your fur baby!

Father and Daughter Trip to catch up with MI family
Chose this location to be central to family in the area and space to gather. The bed/bath areas made it private for us each to have our own area. The kitchen island was perfect for having our family stop by for a visit. Both of my uncle’s complimented our vrbo choice and functionality of the gathering areas. There are several restaurants and grocery stores near by, extremely convenient for golfers and lake access. We will definitely recommend this location to others!

Great Location and recently Renovated!
Very happy with our stay. Anthony was quick to respond and the house has everything you need! Love the big island in the kitchen that we could all sit around and really enjoyed sitting in the large backyard around fire pit!
