Our son is a wheelchair user and there were no suites on the main floor so we had to carry him and his wheelchair up and down the stairs as there wasn’t an elevator. We were offered to switch our room type to an accessible room but we needed the separate room/living room set up. Our room smelled like cigarettes. My kids really enjoyed the pool area
