Avec insistance, nous avons pu obtenir une chambre pour la nuit, que nous avons dĆ» payer nettement plus cher que le prix de notre rĆ©servation. L'hĆ“tel est situĆ© dans un quartier peu intĆ©ressant, quasi industriel; La ville de Ferizaj est elle-mĆŖme peu agrĆ©able; Trop bruyante mĆŖme jusqu'au miliieu de la nuit, animĆ©e par des hordes de motocyclettes, l'isolation de l'hĆ“tel est de trop faible qualitĆ© pour assurer la quiĆ©tude des clients. Les chambres sont luxueuses et confortables, mais tout est tarifĆ© Ć  la piĆØce, mĆŖme les bouteilles d'eau. Apres avoir payer via hotel.com, un sejour de 3 nuits pour 2 personnes. J ai recu tous les confirmations de paiement via l appli et mail. Mais une fois sur place, ils nous disent, nous avons aucune chambre pour vous. . malgrer qu ils voyaient l email et les paiements. apres avoir bien gueuler pendant 30min, ils nous donner une chambre triple qui pue le moisi. HOTEL A EVIDER !! il y a de tres joli hotel sur place et moitiƩ prix + les proprio sont super sympa
