GemĆ¼tliches Ferienhaus in schƶner Umgebung auf Cotentin
Das Ferienhaus ist sehr komfortabel und gemĆ¼tlich. Wir haben nichts bezĆ¼glich der Einrichtung und Ausstattung vermisst. Das Haus liegt in einer sehr ruhigen Nachbarschaft. Ein groƟer, schƶner, ruhiger und von BĆ¼schen und Mauern umschlossener Garten liegt auf der RĆ¼ckseite des Hauses. Die Landschaft um Fermanville und im Val-de-Saire-Gebiet ist wunderschƶn, dies gilt fĆ¼r die KĆ¼ste genauso wie fĆ¼r das Landesinnere. Man kann die Landschaft hier und an vielen Stellen im Norden von Cotentin gut beim Wandern genieƟen. Einige schƶne BadestrƤnde sind ab 5 Minuten mit dem Auto oder einer guten Viertelstunde zu FuƟ erreichbar. Einkaufsmƶglichkeiten gibt es im ein paar Minuten mit dem Auto entfernten Saint-Pierre-Ɖglise sowie mehrere sehr groƟe SupermƤrkte in Cherbourg. Die Vermieter sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir haben den Urlaub in Fermanville trotz des durchmischten Wetters sehr genossen.

Lovely stay
The accomondation is exactly as shown in the pictures. Really comfortable and a perfect little home for vacation. Also the garden is really nice, especially for enjoying the sun during summer. Besides the accomondation itself the communication also worked without any problems and we had a warm, friendly welcome when arriving. All in all a perfect visit - we would book again!

La maison est parfaitement situĆ©e, Ć  quelques minutes Ć  pieds dā€™une trĆØs jolie plage, et en voiture de trĆØs nombreux lieux magnifiques. On a passĆ© des vacances super-sympas proche de la mer. L'accueil chez les hĆ“tes trĆØs sympathiques Ć©tait comme en famille et on se sentait tout de suite comme chez nous dans la maison calme qui est trĆØs bien Ć©quipĆ©e et qui a vraiment tout ce qu'il faut...dans la cuisine, au jardin et pour les enfants. Il y a beaucoup de choses Ć  voir et Ć  faire dans la rĆ©gion, qui n'est pas (encore) trĆØs touristique et les plages sont trĆØs jolies avec du sable fin et des rochers Ć  grimper pour les enfants. A recommander et Ć  refaire! Merci beaucoup encore Ć  Eliane et Jean-Marc, on a toujours des trĆØs bons souvenirs!

Magnifique sƩjour : location cocooning dans le non moins superbe Val de Saire
Nous avons passĆ© 15 jours Ć  la Maison du Prinseus Ć  Fermanville. La maison est trĆØs agrĆ©able et bien situĆ©e car proche des plages. Nous connaissions d'autre parties de la Normandie mais nous avons eu un vrai coup de cœur pour le Val de Saire trĆØs naturel et aussi agrĆ©able en bord de mer que dans les terres. Nous avons Ć©tĆ© accueilli avec beaucoup de gentillesse et de chaleur par Eliane et son mari, Ć  la fois discrets et trĆØs prĆ©venants. Beaucoup de petites attention : le cidre, les courgettes, la confiture, le salon fleurie Ć  notre arrivĆ©e. Beaucoup d'informations touristiques mises Ć  disposition mais le mieux est encore de suivre les conseils des propriĆ©taires C'est une vraie maison de famille qui a une Ć¢me. Des livres un peu partout, une maison trĆØs bien Ć©quipĆ©e. Comme Ć  la maisonla maison . Pour rĆ©servation, c'est avec une des filles d'Eliane, StĆ©phanie, que nous avons Ć©changĆ©e toute aussi sympathique. Vraiment des bons souvenirs pleins la tĆŖte, des vacances revigorant es.
