Overall great hotel in Cork
Staff was very helpful and approachable. Within walking distance of city center. Very clean and the restaurant was very nice. Had a great trip and would stay again. Helena at the front desk was lovely and gave us great recommendations.

The hotel is showing its age. We were given a room that had a clogged sink so when we called down Maeve was wonderful and put us into another room immediately. The VIP benefit comes in quite handy since there was no free parking so that covered the cost of the garage.

The property was in a great location. The dining and drinking options are excellent. Staff were very friendly. The only downside is that you can hear the elevators in use that make a loud banging sound - I’m assuming because they are glass and clearly not soundproofed

We had an amazing view from our room and Gabriella was fantastic. The gym connected to the hotel was a pleasant surprise. The hotel restaurant and bar were fantastic. Plenty of walkable cafes and pubs close by.

Outside of hotel and lounge areas are the nicest part of the hotel. Carpet throughout each floor is pretty gross, needs replaced. Rooms are average, nothing too great about them aside from water pressure being really great in shower/bathtub.
