Our kids absolutely loved the waterslide! The hot tub outside had a great view of the mountains, too. Loved the suite setup and the comfy beds, plus the blackout curtains that really blacked out the room for a good sleep. The breakfast is continental, not a hot buffet with protein. But we were right by Smitty’s for breakfast. Will definitely return.

Roofing took up much parking. Guests had to lug baggage from afar. Limited carts. No extras carts brought to help guests who had to park farther due to roofing. Hotel could have upstaffed to assist but did not see to care.

Pros: Friendly staff, comfy beds Cons: Rooms were dated. Shower rod was hanging on by a thread. But worse part was we got stuck in the elevator with our baby and toddler. Not even the emergency button inside the elevator worked so we had to phone front desk. Was a bit frightening to say the least. The next day the elevator was completely out of order so we had to haul all our stuff incuding a stroller down the stairs. We got a small discount for this but not worth the inconvenience especially with children.

Dated. Dingy. Overpriced for the rooms. Pool area nice for families but parking lot area felt very unsafe. We have stayed her before but this is our last stay.
