Our stay was good except we had to change our room keys five times due to keys not working. i went to take a bath and the bathtub wasn't cleaned. It looked clean but when i got in the tub it felt like it was dirty the sides and bottom of tub felt grainy and rubing my hand over it the dirt came off. needless to say i didn't get my hot bath i was so looking forward to.

Great customer desk service and a really good size pool. Our shuttle driver Francesco was amazing, attentive and should get a raise! Great location, about 5-7 minutes walk across to the 1 Line and airport. The rooms are comfortable but bit ageing as seen in the carpets, etc ... They should be updated/renovated.
