Hotel is accessible to the station Gars de fes by walk 20 mins. Petit taxi appx 7 dhiram 5 mins drive. Hotel noisy at night due to restaurant and bars loud music till 3 pm...even I was 3rd floor could hear the music Very disturbing..recommended for single person travelling or backpackers as cheap rates. Overall ok bit the noise at night very disturburing not relax at all.

In this stay, I have experienced, multiple times, how amenities staff works hand on hand with management (camera never working) to rip you off, you like it or not. And also how ridiculous a manager can be to lie for a few bucks. At this place, you're not a guest. At this place you wanna be VERY careful.

This place is tourism ripoff headquarter
This place has nothing to do with hospitality. This place is very educational if you want to see tourist ripoff orchestrated by management. In-uniformed "staff" walking the floors, cameras "not working" and zero customer service and not even a minimum of responsibility from management NOR owner. The decor is nice, and that's the trap.

Jeg vælger jer, af årsager, såsom fortrolighed. Jeg bestiller hotel gennem jer, hvilket går smertefrit igennem. Jeg viser receptionisten bekræftelsesmailen og han kigger flere minutter på mailen, mens musikken ellers overdøver i baggrunden. Nok om det. Han siger, at han ikke kan finde reservationen og beder mig om logge ind på min mail. Jeg prøver med de arabiske tastatur, dog uden held. Jeg beklager receptionisten, hvorefter han bliver meget vred og reagerer på en meget følsom og uprofessionel måde. Han siger, at hvis der ikke dukker en bekræftelse igennem i morgen i deres system, så skal jeg betale 550 dirham. Hvilket desuden overstiger prisen på bestillingen. Han smider to papirer i hovedet min kammerat og jeg, som receptionister plejer selv at udfylde ved kig på pas. Og så bliver han sur og hiver sedlerne fra os. Tager passene og udfylder selv. Jeg ser mig omkring og pludselig bliver der kaster en kuglepen hårdt ned i bordet. Skriv under her, bliver jeg bedt om. Jeg har så meget fortrudt at jeg bestilte dette hotel og synes ikke, at hotellet bør være på jeres side, det er en vanære for sådan en side som jeres, hvor alt ellers plejer at gå som smurt.

سيئة جدا للأسف .. بدأت من موظف الاستقبال الذي أجلسني لفترة طويلة في انتظار أن يتأكد من حجزي عبر الأنترنت ، فيبدو أنه لا يجيد استخدام النت فاستعان بشخص آخر وبقيت أنا طول الفترة في صالون الانتظار .. الأسوأ من كل شي أنهم يضعون خدمات في المادة الإعلانية في مواقع الأنترنت هذه الخدمات ليست موجودة عندهم في الواقع ، عندي مغادرتي حُجزت مرة أخرى في صالون الانتظار لأن موظفة الاستقبال " الأخرى " ليست متأكدة من أنني دفعت ماعلي من مستحقات فلم تجد واصل الدفع الخاص بغرفتي ، حتى بعد أن أخبرتها أنني حجزت عن طريق موقع الكتروني أصرت علي أن أجلس في " صاون الانتظار " مرة أخرى لتتأكد

Ein Problem Wo ich angekommen bin am 6.1.2014 zirka 16 Uhr hat der Hotel Mitarbeiter von mir nochmal Geld verlangt obwohl das ich ihn gesagt habe das ich ihn die Reservierung gegeben habe. Der behauptet das die Reservierung nicht bezahlt wurde und wollte noch über 200 Dh haben. Wo ich gesagt habe ich Ruf die Firma an hat der gesagt hier den Schlüssel es kommt jemand der dich noch informiert. Und diese Fall ist nicht nur mir passiert mein Bruder auch. Ich bitte um ihre Verständnis den Fall nochmal nach zugehen.

Je garde une excellente impression. Bel hôtel, très beau hall de réception. pas trop loin du centre. Par contre pas trop bien dormi : la nuit du 19 au 20 : un chien a aboyé tout la nuit et nuit du 25 au 26, le même chien a aboyé tout la nuit !......Je l'ai signalé. Pas de réactions !!

Au niveau matériel, rien à dire, le personnel est agréable . Mais ... le petit déjeuner n'est pas du tout à la hauteur (de la chicorée à la place du café, viennoiserie de la veille) son rapport qualité prix est très mauvais, et on ne peut pas dormir à cause du bruit les nuits du samedi au dimanche à cause de la musique (nous avons passé deux samedi soirs infernaux à l'hôtel); Ce qui explique la minoration de la note au centre.

prima volta a fes e anche l'ultima
hotel bello esternamente ma fatiscente all'interno. Camere sporche. Impossibile fare la doccia a causa delle repentine variazioni di temperatura acqua.Molto rumoroso. Colazione cara e deludente. All'esterno dell'albergo c'è un bar molto bello e pulito dove si spende un quarto e si mangia il doppio.
