A perfect base in the downtown area to explore Fetiye. Quiet at night and waking distance from the market and harbours. We didn’t make use of cooking facilities, but great to have a washing machine as part of a longer road trip. Can highly recommend.

The residence is very well placed. It is possible to walk to every place in Fethiye. People at the Residence were very kind and the room comfortable and very well equiped.

First thing was, all of the staff was absolutely amazing. Second thing, the pictures before we went, looked good, but the size of the apartment, everything being so new, and the quality of the accommodation was beyond what we thought. It’s definitely where I will come back to in the future. The location, of course is excellent, and we just have absolutely no complaints. If you’re thinking about where to go in the area, this is the place you do not want to miss out on!! Love S3 King … not really a hotel, but like a cozy, Good size apartment.

Perfect stay in the perfect location
A fabulous place to stay in the perfect location in Fethiye. Very clean, comfortable, modern room with everything you could need. The staff are lovely and friendly. Steps away from the sea front and kordon. All the amenities of shops restaurants and coffee shops right on your doorstep. We will definitely stay here again on our regular trips to Fethiye.
