This property did not have sound proofing. Had to wear noise cancelling headphones every night I stayed. I was woken up at 4:30 am by the room next door getting ready to check out. You will not get a good sleep here.

Hotel Les Armures was a quiet, comfortable, and small hotel that was an excellent surprise. Bed was comfortable and luxurious, room was clean, and location was off the main roads and shopping but close by. Front desk was very helpful and accommodating. The restaurant on location is historic and has excellent food. Try the fondue. Went there 2 times. This hotel is in an excellent location compared to the busy main streets where the Four Seasons is and its less expensive. Hotel Les Armures in a much more quant and quiet part of the City. Breakfast was a bit pricy, but alternatives are plentiful. Just google coffee near me and enjoy. Plenty of pastries shops and coffee nearby. One such breakfast place was called Chou, about a 1 mile walk from the hotel and worth the walk.

I loved my stay here! My only small comment is if you want ultimate privacy just note to them that you don’t want to be facing the square on a low floor. People were looking right in my window : ). But it was ok for me. The location was perfect and the staff of course made me feel like anything I needed was available. The hotel is small so the service is really personal. If you ever want to stay at a first class hotel in the old town of Geneva, this is your best option. IT's wonderful, as is their restaurant. I've been staying and eating here for years!
