Located only 350 metres walk through a nature track to the patrolled Fingal Bay surf beach with pristine waters, crystal white sands and perfect swimming conditions for all ages plus the enclosed dog play area. Tomaree National Park is only steps away, you can enjoy the new Coastal Walk all the way to Shoal Bay or Anna Bay and view the whales at Barry Park which is located at the south-eastern end of Fingal Bay Beach and wildlife including koalas along the track.

Stroll down the road to the Market Street shopping area where you can enjoy beautiful coffee, meals, and beer on tap at The Cellar Café, Market Street also has Friendly Grocer, Bottle shop, Take Away Cafe, and Petrol Station.
Accommodating up to 6 guests with a maximum of 5 adults across three spacious bedrooms this property provides an ideal environment to bring families and friends together.

On entry you will see the spacious open plan living/ dining areas, the living space lends itself to family conversations, game nights, or afternoons winding down to a good movie, with ample seating, comforts of split system air conditioning, ceiling fans, Smart TV, unlimited free Wi-Fi, and Foxtel. Running off the living area is the enclosed sunroom which is perfect for everyone to get together and enjoy alfresco dining at its best.

The fully equipped kitchen is original with a dishwasher, complete cooking facilities including under bench oven, gas cooktop, microwave and a family size fridge / freezer provided.

There are three bedrooms all with ceiling fans and built in robes and bathroom with shower, vanity, and separate toilet – you will never run out of hot water as the hot water is run by gas so you can enjoy long hot showers after a day at the beach.

Downstairs the property has an external laundry with a top loader washing machine and dryer provided. Also downstairs has a small undercover area with dining and sunlounges to relax on, and a second undercover area with a larger dining table and gas BBQ. Great enclosed yard giving plenty of space for kids and the fur babies to run around within the fenced property and parking for 2 vehicles and small boat with a single shade sail space and single carport with long driveway.
