Located on the middle floor entry, is the main living areas which offer open plan kitchen/living and dining. The property has a smart TV with Wifi, Google Chromecast available for all TV's, fully equipped kitchen including microwave and fridge.

There are also three bedrooms located on this floor, all three bedrooms have ceiling fans and main Bathroom has a shower over the bath and vanity with separate toilet.

There is a children’s retreat located also on the middle floor that offers a TV and lounges.

The top floor offers a parents retreat that has a lounge room with TV, Balcony access, walk in robe, ensuite and bedroom.

Downstairs floor offers laundry with washer and garage access.

The back yard is fully fenced for the kids to run around and an entertaining area with BBQ.

Nice but improvement needed
The house is nice and a short walk to the beautiful Fingal Bay beach. The kitchen was stocked with some essentials. However we had one bed continually collapsing and so was unusable. There is little to no window coverings which make the house hot and lacked privacy in the bedrooms. One set of keys and no lockbox is unsatisfactory for a house that sleeps 8. Fix these things and the house would be 5 star.
