Cleaning people are very attentive to your needs. The young lady at the front desk is awesome. The rest of them I don’t know about but those three right there they’re good people. They don’t have a problem with your animal as long as you show it’s a service animal or you will be charged, some of the other workers here or just not very friendly they could work on that but three of them here very friendly. Try to make your stay here very comfortable.

The first few rooms we got were terrible. Room number one had no working ceiling light, and neither the fridge nor the microwave was working. Room two we spotted three cockroaches. However, we spoke to the receptionist, Tracy, and she made sure we were taken care of and put us into an exceptionally better room. So, in the end it did work out. There are many nice restaurants and places like Target should you need (or want) to run across the street. In walking distance is another shopping center where you can get more than what you need (or want). I would say overall, I'd give the place 3 stars. I think that's generous considering the circumstances we had to go through to get to the room we ended up in.

I booked and paid for a deluxe room facing the pool. Said pool was almost empty. Checked in around 4pm. Found the T.V. didn't work. Went back to the office, told the young lady at the counter about the T.V. she said she would take care of it right away. I told her I was going out for several hours and thought it would be taken care of. I returned at 8pm, T.V. still not working. Same young lady said she would take of it in 10 minutes. Waited 30 minutes , went back to the office to talk to the same young lady, this time she came to the room and saw the T.V. didn't work, I asked for a different room. I was in room 197, we went to room 198, T.V. didn't work in there either. We went to room 196, T.V. worked, I stayed there. The wifi didn't work in this room, the toilet paper holder was broken off the wall, the soap dish in the bath tub was missing. I killed 2 small bugs crawling in the walls, and no bath towels, just a floor mat and face towels. Last time at the Boston Inn!!!

First room was a disaster. Had been cleaned but smelled like disinfectant. Refrigerator not working. Extra furniture blocked access to bathroom. Second room was up to par. Very nice front office lady who apologized over and over and gave us a room in a better location that met all the promised criteria.

I rate this property a Low-side Average due to: no soap provided but had 2 shampoos; only 1 washcloth; lighted lavatory mirror did not work; no instruction for tv; needed assistance with Wi-Fi (3 out of 4 ports did not work; safety chain on door was broken!!; rate was $10 higher for an additional night (I did not extend via Expedia but did it at lobby desk—that’s my fault); coffee maker would have been nice. The room was nice size, bed comfortable. Coffee in lobby was good!! This could be a higher rating, but the basic inconveniences and maintenance issues were difficult for an elderly single guest.

What a JOKE!
The room was so humid that it's stayed "wet" constantly. Always bug spiders everywhere. The one day there was a communication error and it turned out with me getting a very short attitude from the guy who actually owns the establishment. He ended with telling me he "owned 20+ other establishments like this one and he doesn't deal with attitudes". He proceeded to hand me back my $50 bill saying that I would have to go retrieve my own change if I needed it right away because there was no cash in the drawer.

We wasted $83 because they won’t give refunds. We looked at 4 different rooms and each was disgusting. The first one smelled like cat pee and had a massive stain on the comforter. We were taken to see 3 more rooms and 2 of them the AC was broken and each one was dirty and stunk. The area was also unsafe, very sketchy. We didn’t even stay we were so grossed out. Don’t stay here

As soon as I checked in cops had to be called because some guy was beating up his girlfriend while their child was watching. Heard a lot of drug overdose happen here. The room was horrible. There was a plate of food behind my bed which you could see. Doors were really dirty looked like they haven’t been swept or mopped in a long time. There were stains all over the bed frame. Horrible smell. So not worth the price. Had to stay because nothing else was available. Just do yourself a favor just go a little out of way and find somewhere else.

I had no other hotel choice in Westminster. This place is beyond bad. Dirty rooms, dirty shower with half used soap in it. Do not waste your money or health!
