3 Bedroom Family Cottage with Gorgeous Lake Views at La Casa Resort - Legal STR

Our luxurious fully furnished cottage features three bedrooms; the first bedroom has a queen over queen bunk bed, the second bedroom has a queen bed, and the loft has a king bed and a single pullout. All beds are equipped with Fairmont Sealy Stearns and Foster mattresses. There are two full bathrooms, a full kitchen with stainless steel appliances, a bright dining space with lake views, and a washer/dryer.

Our bright and clean cottage has all the comforts of home including air conditioning, Telus cable and high speed internet, 65” smart TV plus 2 additional smart TVs in the bedrooms, Bluetooth speaker, and a large sleeper sectional in the living room. There is also a flat grassy backyard, and a large deck with a propane bbq and incredible lake views. There is plenty of parking in the driveway and it is located in a convenient area of La Casa Resort close to all of the amenities.

The pools, hot tubs, and marina open May 1st. Resort amenities include two swimming pools, three hot tubs, tennis and pickle-ball courts, mini golf course, beach volley ball court, children's playground, general store, Scoops ice-cream shop, and eatery. There is also an exclusive beachfront with water trampolines, boat launch (boat slips can be rented on a daily or weekly basis); and expansive back country for hiking, mountain biking, or ATVing.

The general store offers a wide assortment of food, beverage, and liquor items, including take away meals. Alternatively, Save On Foods delivery service is available at La Casa; just order from the West Kelowna store and have it delivered the next day.

The resort is located 30 km north of Westbank and Kelowna. Enjoy some of British Columbia’s World Class Golf Courses and easy access to fourteen wineries including Grey Monk, Mission Hill, Cedar Creek, and Quail's Gate.

We had a great stay in Fintry at La Casa. It was a great location on the lake and we enjoyed the resort area. The cottage had everything we needed. The location is close the store and main area where the pool and tennis courts.

Very Lovely
La Casa Resort is really quite lovely, we enjoyed the walks, the beach, the serenity. The cottage itself was perfect for us, very clean, tidy,quiet and the perfect size.The only downfall was that we came there for a wedding in Lake Country and although the advertisement said it was 10 minutes from Lake Country it neglected to tell us that the 10 minutes is across the lake, the drive is actually over an hour, which was not impressive especially since the Westside Road to get out of Fintry is very windy and unpleasant to drive at night. Other than the stress of driving it was enjoyable.

Our family had an amazing time! Place was clean and lovely! Enjoyed morning coffee on the deck and dinners in the evening. Renting the golf cart is a must if going down to the lake. Process of renting and check out was simple and instructions straightforward. Definitely coming back next year to rent!

It’s all about the views!!
Grandparents, children and grandchildren stayed for 2 weeks in this cottage. It was very well equipped and the beds were a dream!! There were a lot of resort activities to walk to but beach access was a car drive down and back!! We enjoyed our stay overall but the main floor living area was much smaller than portrayed! And the third “bedroom” was a loft and very bright in the morning!! The location is quite remote so you need to arrive well stocked although there is a general store. Lots of nice beaches within 20 minute drive. Our host, Erica, was a pleasure to deal with!

Property was great for our family of four. Good location, close to pool and store. Wasn’t able to rent a golf cart for the stay as they were booked solid. Next time I would book the golf cart in advance as we had to drive the car down to the lake. House was clean, beds are great! Kitchen has no pantry items, would bring those next time

Great location to chill on the deck!
Sitting on the deck and enjoying the beautiful view day and night - was a pleasant surprise! This place offered a great location to enjoy all the amenities across the way, including the delicious Italian restaurant. Although not right on the beach, we rented a golf cart which made it only minutes to get to. The cabin was clean, beds were comfortable and the owner and property manager were great to deal with.

Scenic Serenity Retreat
This property is secluded and peaceful. Perfect if you are looking for a quiet get away. The property was immaculate with everything we needed for our restful stay. The amenities at the resort were great, particularly the restaraunt/shop across the street. They had take away meals you could cook on your own that were so much better than fast food. The resort is pretty remote, but for us that was part of the appeal. We really enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend!
