Enjoy this luxury cottage with unobstructed views of Lake Okanagan from the oversized front deck. This cottage is perfectly located between the beach/lake/marina and the resort amenities areas while far enough away from the hustle and bustle of the other roads.

This ‘home away from home’ can accommodate 6 adults and 2 children and also includes a gas BBQ, large TV full cable service, unlimited hi-speed wi-fi and more!

The resort includes amenities such as two outdoor pools & Jacuzzi’s, a children's play area, mini golf course, tennis courts, volleyball, general store and restaurant, ATV and hiking trails with a fantastic private beach area with full water park amenities (trampoline, slide etc.).

Enjoy water sports such as jet skiing, water skiing, boating and fishing or alternatively horseback riding, golfing, biking, ATV, skiing (during winter) and just 30 minutes away from Vernon, Kelowna and West Kelowna. There are also dozens of wineries all within a short drive drive from the resort!

Perfect getaway in an unbeatable location!
Our stay at this property was nothing short of exceptional. From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by the cleanliness and attention to detail that the hosts had put into making this feel like a true home away from home. The location is absolutely prime with a great unobstructed view of the lake. We spent most of our time relaxing on the deck or visiting the beach and pool. Already booked again for 2025!

Fantastic stay at La Casa!
We were a party of 8 for a week, and the house was perfect for us - 4 adults and 4 teens. We enjoyed the views of the lake from the deck, the kitchen had everything we needed, and the rooms were comfortable. We liked the location of the house - about half way between the main resort and the lake. There was enough to do at La Casa and nearby to keep us busy for the whole week. Patrick was great to work with, super friendly and got back to us quickly. We would definitely book again.

Excellent property and location
Our whole family really enjoyed staying here! The view is amazing from the deck. We had everything we needed. The amenities kept everyone busy with always something to do. The breach front is busy but having private access to a small water park was great. The only improvement we would request is to provide a wasp trap since there were many wasps every time we sat outside on the deck to eat or drink.

About as easy as it gets
Everything about our stay here was easy. Before our dates, necessary documents were provided and all the info we needed was clearly presented to us. The place was as described and very cozy. Communication was fantastic. We had a couple questions and they were answered/addressed very quickly. Patrick was very friendly and accommodating during our time. Our family had an amazing time at this cottage, the cottage offers a pool and beach activities for the young children in our party. The unit is well equipped, with condiments and cooking utensils, that are necessary for feeding the family given the location is not very close to town. The unit has two up and two bedrooms down, which is the perfect set up for two families sharing the unit. Check-in and check-out is simple and straightforward.

Great accommodation, well equipped!
Excellent accommodation, very clean with a well equipped kitchen. The beach area including wibit (inflatable trampoline on the water) was brilliant, kids spent hours there! Tennis courts were in excellent condition with the option for pickle ball. The only draw back to this place is the accommodation location which is about 30-40 mins away from Kelowna or Vernon on a windy road, other than this the place was excellent. The views are also amazing, man y evenings were spent with a good glass of wine on the huge deck!

Summer vacation 2022
We loved our 8 day stay! The view on the deck of the lake is breath taking! Waking up, going out on the deck with a cup of tea/coffee was definitely my favorite way to start my day. This location was a great place for our family to meet in the middle and have quality time. There was plenty of space and was equipped for our big family dinners. Highly recommended!

Love the property, It is a short drive to and from Vernon or West Kelowna. The property is well appointed a d very clean and tidy. The communication and instructions we efficient and easy to understand. We stayed with 6 adults and 2 teens. the views are amazing and very relaxing. The properties amenities and great, just don't forget to bring your putters for the mini gold and water shoes for the beach as it is rocky. There are a flight of steps to get into the property, not an issue for us, but to be consider if traveling with people with mobility issues. We will stay here again for sure.

Beautiful cottage with stunning view
We had a wonderful experience at la casa. Patrick’s cottage is beautiful and we felt relaxed and comfortable staying here. The la casa facilities are great and we always managed to get into the pool despite number restrictions. Just a few things to note that did not impact our experience negatively but would be a nice addition. We noticed lots of people getting around the resort on golf carts. The trek to the lake is long to walk with all your “stuff” and the way up the hill tough so we used our car to get around. Also cupboard space for food would be helpful but we simply moved some things around to make space. We would definitely return and rent with this owner again. Thanks Patrick!!! 😊
