The Space:
Experience coastal luxury in our brand new 2-bedroom + Den, 2-bathroom oceanfront apartments in Flagler Beach. Each unit accommodates up to 5 guests, or 10 when booked together, making it ideal for family vacations or getaways with friends. Ascend to the second floor where two luxurious units are available side by side, both featuring spacious balcony decks that present breathtaking ocean panoramas. Upon entering, you’ll find a modern kitchen adorned with granite countertops, perfect for preparing culinary delights amidst an awe-inspiring backdrop of the ocean. A cozy family room awaits, equipped with a flat-screen Smart TV, making it the ideal space for entertainment and relaxation after a day on the beach.

Comfortable Accommodation:
The primary bedroom offers a comfortable queen-size bed, ensuring a restful night’s sleep. Its en-suite bathroom is designed with a large walk-in shower and comes equipped with a convenient built-in washer and dryer for added convenience. The second guest bedroom features a full-size bed in Unit A and a queen-size bed in Unit B, sharing a stylish second bathroom with the den. The den can easily serve as additional sleeping space for 1-2 individuals or be transformed into a luxurious home office for those who need to catch up on work during their stay.

Guest Access:
Free parking in the front or rear side of the building. Beach walk over directly across the street from the building. Trailer parking is $25/ day

List of what is provided: Your vacation home will have basic starter supplies for your arrival. This includes toilet paper , shampoo, conditioner, and bath soap (small hotel size). Also included are bath towels, hand towels, washcloths, linens, a hairdryer, an iron, an ironing board. We stock the house with toilet paper (1-2 rolls per bathroom) and one roll of paper towels. The kitchen is fully stocked as far as dishes, pots, pans and cooking utensils. We do not provide zip lock bags, seran wraps and foil paper. Please let us know if you need any specific items for the kitchen so we can try to accommodate you prior to arrival. We look forward to having you enjoy your stay!
