Flagler Beach House - Unit A (Upstairs): This private upstairs unit has 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and sleeps 6. In addition to the tasteful beach decor, we supply most essential items to ensure you have a stress-free relaxing stay with minimal worry. We also provide an assortment of books, DVDs and games for both kids and adults.

Master Bedroom: King bed with pillows and all linens, nightstands, alarm clock, lamps, dresser, and a ceiling fan. The closet is stocked with hangers, luggage rack, laundry basket, and a clothes steamer. The modern ensuite bathroom has a huge walk-in shower and updated vanity. We supply bath towels, hand towels, wash-clothes, bathmat, hand soap, hair dryer, toilet paper, and make-up wipes.

Spare Bedroom: Queen bed with pillows and all linens, nightstands, alarm clock, lamps, dresser, ceiling fan, and a flat-screen smart TV. This closet is also stocked with hangers, a luggage rack, and spare blanket & pillows. French doors open up to a direct ocean view right from the bed!

Spare Bathroom: Large modern walk-in shower and updated vanity. Here you will find more bath towels, hand towels, wash-clothes, bathmat, hand soap, toilet paper, make-up wipes, and linens for the living room sleeper sofa. **Please note that beach towels are one of the few things we do NOT provide so plan to bring your own**

Kitchen: Modern kitchen is fully equipped with most everything you could need, including both a Keurig machine and traditional coffee pot with filters supplied. High-quality stainless-steel pot/pans and cooking oil are also provided, as well as dishwasher detergent, trash bags, dish soap, dish rags, dish towels, and paper towels.

Living room: Large comfortable queen-sized sleeper sofa, along with a leather recliner, accent chair, coffee table, end table, lamps, large flat-screen TV, and ceiling fan. Cable television is included, along with hi-speed internet and a DVD player. There is also a modern dining room table with seating for 6, and a relaxing lounge chair with footrest, all overlooking the ocean through the large bay windows.

Garage: Head down the spiral staircase to the garage where you will find the washer and dryer, along with various cleaning supplies and an iron & ironing board. We also have a ping pong table in the garage for guests to enjoy.

Outdoor Space: Direct oceanfront views from your private upstairs deck, with plenty of space and a large dining table with seating for six. We have a Weber charcoal grill for guests to use and we supply the charcoal. Don't worry about packing beach chairs, boogie boards or sand toys for the little ones, these are provided too! Just head straight down to the sand, enjoy the sun and surf, and rinse off in the freshwater shower we have on the beach deck before heading back up.

Perfect on the beach for two adult couples
We are two retired couples (all over 60) who travel and vacation together. The Flagler Beach House was perfectly suited and situated for us. The master suite and ensuite bathroom w/walk-in shower was great. The other bedroom and hall bath were also comfortable and convenient. All amenities were well kept. The on-beach location was exactly what we wanted, and did not disappoint. A very good place for beach/surf fishing. Accurate description and pictures -- and a great owner/manager of the property. Loved our stay here. The house and beach was beautiful. The Manager was fantastic. I had to message a few times because the AC went out and she was so quick to respond and had it fixed the next night. Our last night the kids got to see dolphins from the deck. As soon as you walk in you notice how bright it is with all the windows and then you are awed by the view! Gorgeous ocean and sand! This beach house is decorated so cute and has everything we needed for our week stay! There is everything you need for spending time on the beach and in the water. Such a treat to stay in a place so close to the water!! Well maintained property and property manager was quick to respond to a couple questions i had. Definitely will be back!

This was our first time to Flagler Beach area. Staying at Flagler Beach house was wonderful! It is such a reasonably and affordable priced ocean front rental property for your vacation! The owners and property managers are so welcoming and easy to get in touch with. When we arrived, the AC decided to not work for us (which we all know these things happen of course) when we got there. Amanda and Eric were quick to respond and came out to get it fixed for us late that evening!! I can’t say enough wonderful things about this house, the owners and property managers. We have definitely referred this places to closest family and friends who asked where we were because our pictures were beautiful. We will be back!

In Short: AMAZING!
First, the location was just simply perfect. This beachfront home is situated in paradise. We were minutes from shopping, groceries, restaurants, and ice cream. Of course, the beach too! Second, this was the most welcoming place that I have ever stayed. We stayed in the upper unit and it was immaculate. Linens were clean, the kitchen was spotless, and not a spec of dust in sight. The layout of the home is unique and comfortable; very tasteful updates. Finally, the property managers were great! We communicated as soon as I arrived, and they welcomed us via text. They were attentive when we had questions. I would stay here again in a heartbeat!
