BellaVue Estate Mansion is a charming four-story Mansion in Flagstaff, Arizona. With the beautiful San Francisco Peaks as a backdrop, the Mansion is the perfect place to come together as family, friends and associates for formal as well as informal gatherings. The huge great room and two gourmet kitchens create a welcoming atmosphere to help you truly feel at home. You’ll also enjoy the comforts of nine bedrooms, including five master suites; seven full baths and two half baths, game room with pool table, three decks and vintage fireplace stove.

BellaVue Estate's crowning feature is the forest-bordered outdoor courtyard with stunning mountain views, large seating and grassy areas, cascading rock waterfall, Sedona Red Rock fire pit and lounge seating.

Foxglenn Park is next door with multiple picnic areas, playground equipment, huge grassy fields, skate park, and access to walking, hiking and biking trails.

70th birthday weekend
If you are a large loud partying kind of family this is not a good choice for you. I hosted 30 people for my husband’s 70th birthday. We rented the main house and all the cottages and the studio. We ranged in age from 78 to 5. Be aware that there are lots and lots of stairs. The mansion is 4 stories and each cottage has the bedroom in a loft area up a flight of stairs as well. Two of my guests fell and were slightly injured on the stairs. Another issue for us was the quiet time. It is 9 am. It is in all the rules and it is enforced strictly. This was very difficult for my family. Also the fire pit area is dark. My husband took a fall in that area. Another issue for us was our decorations for my husband’s party. We were asked to remove them. It was very disappointing. The mansion is very large but hard for older guests because of the stairs. The common area is fantastic but limited and dark at night. This place is perfect for you if you are a low key quiet family. My family is not.

Nice place but not for us!
We rent from VRBO all the time and like to try new places this place was nice but on a very busy road which you don't see in any of the pictures.The property manager/owner also stays on property and keeps a close eye on what you are doing. You can be outside but no noise not even a radio playing. We are very good renters and take great care of each place we rent but I felt like I couldn't really enjoy this place because I had to make sure everyone was quiet, and we stayed inside for most of it to avoid any issues instead of being outside enjoying the weather!

Multi-Generation Family Vacation
Our whole family, 4 generations, spent a week in Flagstaff in this amazing house. It was perfect and met all of our needs. Its hard to find a house with enough bedrooms and bathroom, and this exceeded our needs. Our host, Jim, was very attentive to our needs and easy to communicate with. Would definitely stay here again!

Took our church youth group on a ski trip to Flagstaff. The accommodations were excellent for a large group. We also rented the three separate Chalets which were magical. The hosts were pleasant. Overall an excellent stay.

Our house were extremely friendly and accommodating.
The property was the perfect place for my daughter and her fiance's wedding party, family and friends. We couldn't have asked for a better location. We had everything we needed and our hosts made our stay a wonderful experience. We immediately connected with Jen and Jim, and they quickly became our friends. I will not hesitate to book this location again for any family events. It's an amazing property!

Awesome venue
This was the perfect place to celebrate our anniversary with all of our children/grandchildren. Easy to get to, convenient shopping nearby, an adjacent park for play, and spacious rooms for games, puzzles, movies, and conversation. It couldn't have been more ideal. Slice of Heaven!
We celebrated my mothers birthday with all of the siblings and their spouses. The home was beautiful and in a nice location. We enjoyed spending time together in this home and in the area at the nearby park and hike. There was plenty room for all of us and the kitchen was well stocked with dishes we needed. They were quick to respond with any questions and easy to work with. I would recommend this to anyone ready to relax in the beautiful pines of Flagstaff.

Gorgeous Cabin
We came to this cabin for a women’s church retreat and we really had a wonderful time!! Just about everything was great. The rooms were clean and the linens fresh, beds were very comfortable!! We had lots of space to gather and socialize. We did however, have a couple issues unfortunately. A couple of the bathrooms had long black hair either on the walls or on the floor of the showers when we arrived, our guest let us know and we checked and did find lots of black hair, which was not so great. This also cause the drain in room 5 to clog and let water fill up in the shower. When we tried to use one of the griddles for pancakes, it was shorting on and off so making breakfast took longer than expected, as well as when we tried to use the convection oven in the main kitchen and it made this loud clanking noise so we could only use the regular bake feature and had to use the upstairs oven to finish the meal for 20 people which also caused a big delay. The kitchen sink in the main kitchen was leaking water, we notified the property manager but he just advised us to use more caution. We had to place a bowl under the sink to catch the water. One of the shelves in the fridge was broken, and although they were gracious enough to provide toilette paper, each bathroom only had 2 rolls for 20 people staying for 2 1/ days. It wasn’t until we ran out that we’re advised (hours later close to our check out time) that we were responsible for that, outside of what they initially provided. This would have been helpful to know in advance. We paid for use of the fire pit, but it was so cold we were not able to use it, and I’m sure we won’t be getting that fee reimbursed. Also, when I had difficulty locating the arrival and departure information, I politely requested for the property manager to resend, which he seemed really bothered by. These were all minor inconveniences though. Overall, our stay was wonderful and knowing what we know now, should we decided to book this cabin in the future we are aware of the houses little quirks and will plan accordingly. Other than that, it was a beautiful place in a great location and we had a wonderful time!! The house was beautiful and everyone enjoyed themselves.
