Very disappointed to have housekeeping vacuuming in our hallway at 830am on a Sunday. Generally loud conditions with lots of children running about in the halls and common areas. The facility itself is very nice but it's hard to overlook lack of noise control disturbing sleep.

We stayed in NYE 2024 to attend the Pinecone drop. While it was busy, the staff and manager were great. Breakfast was included and it was good. Parking was limited in front of the hotel but there was a parking structure next to it. Overall a great stay for families.

Great Stay in Flagstaff – Would Definitely Return! I recently stayed at this hotel and had a wonderful experience. The location is perfect, within walking distance of downtown Flagstaff and Northern Arizona University, making it convenient for both exploring the area and attending events at NAU. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, which made the stay even more enjoyable. The food was fantastic on the first night, with a great variety during the evening cocktail hour. However, on the second night, the food ran out quickly within just half an hour of opening, leaving limited options. It was a bit disappointing, but not a major issue. Breakfast on both mornings was great, with a good selection to choose from. The continental offerings were also a nice touch, making for a very satisfying start to the day. I had a great stay and would definitely return to this hotel.
