Quiet, detached cottage located between two barns in the heart of the village. On the Nancy/Lunéville route, Flainval is a peaceful village nestled in lush greenery with access to numerous hiking trails. Ground floor: equipped kitchen, living/dining room (library, telephone socket), bathroom/WC (bathtub + shower) + 1 bedroom (1 double bed).

Upstairs: 4 bedrooms (4 double beds, 2 single beds (90x200), shower room, separate WC.

Heating with heat pump (charges included from 2023).

150 m² interior courtyard with shed, 180 m² enclosed garden with table tennis, garden furniture, plancha grill, and charcoal barbecue.

For babies: crib, high chair, changing mat, bathtub and potty, playpen, bouncer.
Reinforced socket for charging electric vehicles.

Sheets are not provided, but are available for rent (and are mandatory for professionals) at a rate of €9.
