Quiet independent gite, located between 2 barns in the heart of the village. On the Nancy/LunƩville axis, Flainval is a quiet village in lush greenery with access to many hiking trails. Ground floor: fitted kitchen, lounge/living room (library, telephone socket), bathroom/WC (bathtub + shower) + 1 bedroom (1 double bed).

Upstairs: 4 bedrooms (4 double beds, 2 90x200 beds), shower room, separate WC.

Heating with heat pump (charges included from 2023).

Interior courtyard of 150 mĀ² with shelter, enclosed garden of 180 mĀ² with table tennis, garden furniture, plancha and charcoal barbecue.
