This charming stone house with pool is located on a 20 hectare estate and is a true paradise. Ideal for a relaxing vacation. Nestled in a hilly landscape, it welcomes you in an elevated position near the village of Flaviac. The interiors are cozy and comfortable, and outside you can enjoy a very spacious and sunny terrace with a fantastic panorama and a pleasantly shaded poolhouse. Two round towers emphasize the medieval charm of the property. During a visit to the wine warehouse and winery, you will of course have a taste of the fine wines produced here.

Petites balades Ć pied au dĆ©part du gĆ®te.
Village de Flaviac avec petits commerces Ć proximitĆ©.
IntĆ©rieur trĆØs spacieux et confortable. On y est bien Ć l'aise... quand la mĆ©tĆ©o est un peu hostile: la cheminĆ©e rĆ©chauffe Ć merveille.

TrĆØs beau cadre mais propriaitaire absent
TrĆØs beau cadre et trĆØs bien restaurĆ© malheureusement propriĆ©taire totalement absent . Logement dans un chĆ¢teau avec production de vin mais pourtant aucune visite proposĆ©e ou dĆ©gustation. Piscine pas entretenue et propretĆ© du logement Ć revoir.
Au vu du prix, nous avons eu une dĆ©ception.Nous avons reƧu quand mĆŖme une bouteille de vin de le matin du dĆ©part.
