clean and comfortable room.
I just needed a place to sleep after having picked up extra shifts at work. I didn't see anywhere, when picking the room, that I would need a 100 dollar deposit, after paying for the room with a card. When I stated that I wasn't aware of the need for a deposit the clerk was pretty dismissive "it's on our website". If so, it probably should be more prominent, also I went thru the hotels website to book, not the red roof in website. If I had known I could maybe have brought cash and not had to wait 3 to 5 days for the deposit to be refunded on my card. Otherwise the stay was fine, Bed was comfortable and shower was hot and had great water pressure. After working 12 hours and having to be back in 7 hours, that was all I was needing.

Desk clerk was very nice. Easy to converse with. Staining the doors while you have people are staying there is NOT a good idea. I am extremely knowledgeable about stain. It is very toxic to lungs. Upon checking out, the desk clerk informed visitors of doors being sanded and warned them of dust. Again, should NOT be done while visitors are there. Shutting down for reno would be a lot cheaper than a lawsuit!!! You had a spot to rate the eco and i didnt select a high or low. If that referred to eco friendly, it didnt go low enough. Your pillows are horrible!!! Your afternoon clerk definitely saved this review.

Other guests on our floor were extremely loud around 10-12 pm, and then were yelling in the hallway at 3-4 am. Rooms were basic, however, clean. Front desk staff when checking in and out were kind and friendly.

The staff was nice. The rooms were clean. I wish the beds would have been more comfortable. I think the place is haunted because my TV kept turning on at night. It did it about three times.. I think people live there as well, but they keep it pretty undercover..

I'm not so sure you want my review. We arrived around 10:45pm. We're greeted at the front desk my a very helpful young man. We arrived at our room with 2 beds, only one was made. No towels at all, garbage cans unlined. Calling the office I assumed they would bring them up. Not happening. My 83 yr old husband had to return to the desk where he found a bag with what we needed. With both of us handicapped it was a nightmare. If it hasn't been so late we would have gone elsewhere

Everything was okay. The bed didnt seem 100 percent clean and the w8ndow did not have a safety where it stops it from opening too muxh and there was no screen. My husband and i had to really work to get the lock to actually lock to make sure it was safe since we were traveling with children. But staff was friendly and everything else was great. So a couple bumps but made it work. Still a cute room, was on 4th floor.

The service was great. Looks like they were repairing areas, wiring hanging out. We got to our room and it wasn't cleaned from last occupation. We go back to the front desk and attendant was able to get us a new clean room quickly. This room was clean and looked nice. No hot water in the sink though. We just stayed in room and used hot water from the tub. Morning coffee in lobby was luke warm. Elevator dirty floors and missing buttons. Will not stay here again. I talked with another guest who has stayed here multiple times and she mentioned the same issues with dirty rooms. Need to update their cleaning staff.

I reserved a room through Hotels dot com. After driving out of my way, at about midnight I arrive at the red roof Inn. I got there and there was no room for me. Huge Fail - and a pure crap night spent afterwards. I won't be using this app or the red roof family of fine lodging ever again.

Staff not friendly. Wanted a $100 cash deposit, not willing to provide a receipt. No extra blanket available, no coffee or breakfast. First floor a shambles, ongoing construction. Our room on the fourth floor was clean and comfortable.
