We had a fantastic experience. Andrea and the rest of the staff were responsive and cordial. The location was ideal for our stay. We wanted to see the Uffizi and David and the other major sites, and it was within walking distance to all of them.

Location.....Everything you need to see and experience in Florence is right outside the property or within walking distance. The rooms are comfy. The avail complimentary coffee machine in the morning & a station for teas & coffee throughout the day.

Lovely Small Hotel in the middle of Florence
If you want to be in the thick of Florence, this is where you need to stay. A quaint and actually quiet, old school, small 1-floor hotel basically on the steps of the Duomo. While others might think the hotel needs a bit of an upgrade, I feel like the vintage nature of it's surroundings adds to its charm. Everything was extremely clean and the front desk staff were always lovely and polite and acknowledged you when you walked by. I would recommend this place and stay here again myself.

We only spent one night, so we were happy to walk out the door and be right at the Firenze duomo. Great location, friendly staff, clean room. The staff was happy to hold our bags the last day after checkout time. Cute little tea and sitting area around the corner from the front desk.

All the reviews that say, the property is clean and the location is excellent are true. I’d also like to add that the staff is completely kind and helpful. The room on the other hand left a lot to be desired. It felt very motel or hostile like. We were only there one night but I don’t think we would stay there again.
