Prime location, 4 mins walk to the Firenze SMN station, Check in was easy, they do have hot water available for drinking or making tea/coffee, restaurant staff was very considerate, 7 mins walk to the Duomo, Tram stop is nearby, Room was clean and cosy, enjoyed our stay here. Will definitely choose this hotel next time as well.

It was a nice stay - the staff is friendly, the location is very convenient, and the price is very affordable. However, it’s too close to the train station and it’s too noisy at times. Also, the facility is not old, but it’s definitely not modern. But it’s very clean and safe inside.

The property itself was GREAT!!!! The only complaint I had was all noise from traffic outside, if you left windows open. Other than that, this was a very convenient location, staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The hotel even stores your luggage at no cost. Great place to stay!!!! Definitely would recommend hotel and stay there again.
