Fantastic hotel within easy walking distance of all the sites. The rooms were large, modern and clean. The staff was discreetly attentive. This will be my go-to hotel in Florence from now on.

Hotel interior is very run down. Carpets haven’t been updated in at least 20 years. Do not book a room with balcony, photos are very deceiving. Just a view of junky rooftops. Not sure why this hotel was highly rated. Spa area in basement is like a dungeon.

I really love the place. Having said so i do think that the most important issue is the client and therefore a couple of changes might be nice for me as a consumer of five star hotels: The gym must be open always. I was doing lots of things in Florence and had to accommodate to their 7am rule. the Internet must be a professional one. It was really weak and very frustrating to use.

Our apartment suite was beyond beautiful and so spacious. The location was 8 mins to the train station and within 5-10 mins from other tourist spots. The breakfast was also delicious with many options.

This is a wonderful hotel and the staff is friendly and prompt to help. Breakfast is amazing and our room was so big and comfortable for a family of 4. We were walking distance from main attractions and lots of restaurants. Absolutely recommend Hotel Number 9
