Great location but super old in a bad way
The location is unbeatable and a great find for the money for that aspect alone. The room was spacious (more like a little apartment) and would have been comfortable other than for the fact that it felt really dated and that noone has spent any money making the place feel newer/sharper or more comfortable in the past 50 years. When we went, there was some construction going on outside. I advise the owners to remodel the insider of the apartments and that will go a long way.

The beds needed a top sheet, the AC didn’t work, the elevator was shaky, and the parking was hard, but parking seems to be hard in all of the cities in Italy it was clean and had some charm but it was really hot in the room the one night we stayed.

The woman at reception was phenomenal, gave us a map of the city and circled what was key to see snd best local food. Room was clean and just what we needed. Location is perfect!

We had a very pleasant stay plenty of hot water for shower but could use an upgrade on their mattresses they are a bit uncomfortable. Front desk was helpful with directions and getting us transportation back to the airport.

The location was excellent. The staff were very helpful. While the room was small it was very nice. The only shortcoming was that the elevator does not work if the previous user fails to shut the doors properly.
