We got the king suite and I really liked it. It was clean the staff was very nice and no problem when we checked in or out. The only thing I didn't like is the elevator was out of service as well as the little coffee area they have ( we are big coffee drinkers).

This is convienient for me because it is exactly in the middle of my sisters in Florida. I stopped on the way down. The elevator doesnt work. The fire alarm was chirping at night. It took an hour for some to come up and not believe me till it chirped when they were there. They took the fire alarm and never returned. I thought maybe it was that one experience. On my way back I stopped again. This was much worse. The TV controller didn’t work. They swapped and told me to unplug the TV and plug it back in. Didnt work. So I gave up and had to figure out how to use the TV’s one button. It took multiple trips down stairs cause the elevator was not repaired. The front desk guy kept wanting to come to my room which I didnt want him too cause my wife was resting from the 10 hour drive we did. I wanted to go to another hotel, but it was already late and just needed to sleep to wrap up the 10 hour drive home the next day. To top it off, when I woke I killed two roaches in the bathroom. Never going back again. Worst hotel I have ever stayed at.

Paid the pet fee and were told there are only two pet rooms- 117 and 317. With the elevator out of service, we took 117 and found the room to be without a working heat/AC unit. Manager, who was kind, tried to fix it twice but without it working, we hiked the dog, all bags, the crate, etc up to the third floor to find a dirty room that really needs upgrades. Expected better from a Wyndham property. Hotel is easy on and off 95 and close to food and gas, and though the manager tried, but the whole place was just not good; we won’t stay again.

The days of staying in a decent hotel for under $75 are clearly over. This hotel gives microtel and Wyndham a bad name.

Do not stay! Spend money elsewhere!
Outside appearance makes it look nice. Smell of bleach when you first walk in. Elevator broken and after leaving saw reviews it has been broken for months. Had to walk up 3 flights of stairs where it has clearly never been cleaned. The amount of dust in between the rails and how dirty the carpet was. Get to room open door and hit with the smell of dog pee. Dog hair all over the couch. Checked the sheets like everyone should and stains on the sheets. Looked in the bathroom looked like pee on the floor. Had to use the restroom after a long drive and had to use bar soap to clean the seat as there was a crusty stain on it. Gross. But not the worst part. Opened up the towels to inspect them and pubic hairs was stuck in the towel!!! Couldn’t and wouldn’t walk barefoot as the carpet felt sticky with shoes on! Went downstairs less than 30 mins of arriving just wanting to leave. We decided we would eat the cost of the room because we didn’t want to fight. The staff asked why we were leaving so fast and we told him everything. Very rude kept pointing his finger up at my wife stating he was not talking to her. I just simply wanted my receipt to get out of there. It was so disgusting!

Desperately needs maintenance.
A 3 floor hotel without a working elevator. Filthy interior hallway carpets. Carpet inside the room not much better. Water stains on ceiling, overall maintenance is poor. Very limited breakfast choices, waffle maker not working, no proteins available. You get what you pay for.
