We were quite disappointed with many things. First impressions are important and the first impression here is very poor. The front of the building really needs some repair, the stairwell is very dirty, hasn’t been painted in years and hasn’t been swept in a long time. The lights go out often when you’re half way up a flight and it’s very dark. Motion sensor lights should be installed. We had a lot of trouble with the keys and there are 3 doors to be unlocked. Inside our apartment it didn’t look much like the photos. We are guessing they have mixed up the photos from all the apartments suggesting this one would be nicer with windows that weren’t there. The fridge freezer was dirty. There are no racks in the oven and when we asked she just said no one ever uses it. The couch which is the second bed is quite dirty. We found an extra sheet and covered it. The showerhead broke on Sunday - first shower and no one responded to the messages until Monday. It was finally fixed on late Tue and we left the next day. We had many unpleasant interactions with the manager. Perhaps it was the language difficulties for both of us but I felt she was rude and argumentative.
At no point does Expedia indicate that the hotel management company is called Beesprint when I got a rather unprofessional looking letter from “Beesprint” asking for my credit card, I assumed it was a scam and didn’t respond. That caused many problems trying to get that resolved after we were already travelling.
