"The hotel room was clean, nice and spacious. Breakfast offered with a wide variety of food. The staff were friendly and helpful. The location is just perfect for a walk around the city centre

I booked the Ramada because it was a chain and I wanted some home comforts. But the truth is, this is a run down hotel with dated rooms, noisy air-con (I could hear my neighbours very clearly), toiletries from 2016 (the date was on the bottle) and depressing swimming pools. My friends were at different places in Flores and each one was cheaper and better. I also had an additional issue that my “social club” next door had a party and the noise was intolerable to the point I had a to leave and find another hotel. But this review doesn’t take that into account (it’s not their fault). I think this Ramada needs an enormous refit to make it fit for purpose and as it stands it’s a mess.
