Ótima estadia, mas precisa de adaptadores tomada
Foi ótima a hospedagem. A única coisa ruim foram as tomadas na parece. Pedi adaptor para meu notebook 2 vezes, falaram que iam entregar no quarto, mas não entregaram.

Não é o melhor resort do Brasil
O resort está todo em reforma, acordamos às 07 da manhã com barulho de obra no quarto. Várias áreas desativadas, como por exemplo, a sala de games, e em nenhum lugar é relatado sobre, porém o valor da diária é o mesmo sem metade dos serviços. Área kids é ridícula, não tem brinquedos, não tem recreação, não tem atividades diferentes e lúdicas. Queríamos ter ido no rodízio de pizza, porém reservaram outro restaurante pra nós, fomos tentar trocar a reserva e não pudemos pq nos dias que nós ficamos lá não iria abrir. Com relação ao apartamento, nos informaram que tínhamos recebido um up grade, porém os banheiros ficaram sem água quente e o banheiro social estava com cheiro forte de esgoto, imagino como estava o quarto sem essa “bonificação”. A parte da alimentação é bem fraca, tanto nas refeições principais quanto nos cafés, as bebidas não alcoólicas também tem poucas opções. A acessibilidade é péssima, viemos com carrinho de bebê, e o local possuiu muitas escadas e subidas. Os demais locais como parque ecológico, fazendinha… abrem em dias e horários determinados, você não pode ir no momento que você deseja e sim quando o resort determina e se chove já era. Subimos de van para as quadras e encontramos lá um lugar sujo, fedendo e com lixo ao redor, inclusive todas as áreas do resort tem um cheiro desagradável. O elevador da área social é extremamente fedido. precisava descansar sem me preocupar com nada e no fim, voltei mais exausta do que já fui.

Decepção com o quarto extremamente velho
O quarto em que ficamos hospedados era extremamente velho: a mobilia muito antiga, as paredes descascadas, o banheiro com azulejo quebrado. Achamos um absurdo ficar hospedados em quarto de nível de pousada velha pelo preço de um resort de qualidade. O quarto deveria ser interditado para a realização de uma reforma. Com relação às áreas comuns do hotel, embora estejam em boas condições, são velhas quando comparadas com os demais resorts de categoria. O hotel, em geral, precisa passar por uma atualização para justificar o valor cobrado na diária.

Ganhamos upgrade na chegada. Hotel com muita estrutura, estava bem vazio o que tornou mais interessante nossa estada. Ganhamos mais créditos nos restaurantes temáticos por conta da baixa temporada.

Uma ótima experiência desde o início. Funcionários prestativos, comidas e bebidas de qualidade e uma gama de opções muito boas. O único ponto possível de melhoria seria na parte de sinalização dos locais pois tanto no aplicativo quanto localmente não fica claro do que se trata casa restaurante ou atração.

Lugar exuberante.
Adoramos conhecer o complexo Costão do Santinho . Acomodações confortáveis e limpas , com ampla vista par o mar. Muitas piscinas, duas aquecidas e algumas climatizadas.Achei que o piso próximo à piscina aquecida deveria ser mais áspero pelo risco de acidentes. Lugar lindo, muito integrado a natureza, com belas trilhas e praias.

O resort é maravilhoso em todos os sentidos. Mesmo com o clima chuvoso e frio, havia agenda com diversas atividades de entretenimento na área social coberta. Sem chuva as opções aumentam. Tivemos um problema com o aquecimento da agua em nosso quarto no dia da chegada e no dia do checkout. Apesar do transtorno, em ambas as ocasiões o problema foi solucionado. Destaque especial para a equipe de recreação infantil e para as apresentações noturnas no teatro. A Companhia de dança que se apresenta é incrivelmente competente.
