Trata-se de uma pousada com instalações novas, adequada para um casal ou casal com filhos pequenos. A área privativa é equivalente a uma quitinete com armário dividindo cozinha do quarto com varanda. O estacionamento atende os apartamentos disponíveis. O proprietário é muito atencioso e procura ajudar os hóspedes em suas necessidades. Sua localização é próxima do comércio e do acesso à praia.
