Escape to Sunrise Villa, our lakefront paradise on the coveted south end of the Lake Lanier and nestled in the foothills of the North Georgia mountains. Our home has a resort-like feel, and is ideal for taking advantage of everything the lake has to offer or for simply relaxing with family and friends. Kayak, paddle board, rent a boat, hike, go wine tasting, or just enjoy our heated saltwater pool, hot tub, pool table, large BBQ, fireplaces, and breathtaking views. This is your perfect getaway.

The house is 7000 square feet with a very bright, open layout and huge windows and lake views throughout. There are 6 bedrooms with 5 king beds, 1 queen bed, and 7 single beds, 6 and 1/2 bathrooms, a heated pool and hot tub, a 50-foot walk to our deep water dock, lots of green space, and amazing lake views from nearly every room and the pool.

The main bedroom is on the top floor and has a king-size bed, two single beds, and an en-suite bathroom. There are three other bedrooms on this floor as well, two have king beds and en-suite bathrooms, and one has two bunk beds (four twin beds) and shares the en-suite bathroom with one of the other rooms. The basement level has two more bedrooms with king beds that share a large Jack and Jill bathroom. One of these rooms also has a queen over twin bunk bed. There is also a full bathroom off the basement living room and a cabana bathroom (with shower) by the pool. All bedrooms are on the top floor or basement level. There are no bedrooms on the main level.

Our home is close to many marinas including Holiday, Aqualand and Hideaway Bay. Boat and jet ski rentals, live music, restaurants and bars are a short car or boat ride away. Close to the Lake Lanier Islands waterpark, golf course and Jimmy Buffett’s Margaritaville. You’ll never run out of things to do at our home. We have a kayak, canoe, paddle boards, boat dock, pool table, grill, private/heated salt water pool, hot tub, two kitchens, two inside gas fireplaces and an outside wood burning fireplace. Close to Atlanta nightlife, world class shopping and restaurants. Minutes from the Mall of Georgia, mountains for hiking, rafting, shopping and wineries. You’re gonna fall in love with our home on Lake Lanier.

Fantastic find and stay!
This house was an awesome find! Even though it was FREEZING out, it was perfect stay with plenty of space for our group to relax and enjoy for our time together. We are already talking about coming back when it is warmer to enjoy the pool area, dock, and lake! I booked this home for an executive retreat and took a chance since there were no reviews listed because the price and photos reflected a luxurious home. The home is tired and in need of a major refresh all the way around. Additionally, the kitchen did not have adequate appliances for cooking large meals and insufficient quantities of dishes,cookware, flatware etc. I can provide a list if needed. I have photos I’d like to share but this format will not allow me to attach. We did enjoy our time despite the shortfalls.

Beautiful property
It's our second visit and we had a great time again. The property is amazing. We enjoyed the outside fireplace and hot tub in the evenings. The location is close to shopping and restaurants if needed. There were a bunch of leaves in the pool when we arrived the first night. Mark & Ken had the pool cleaner out the very next morning to handle it. Well done!

Everything was great for our stay. Plenty of rooms and bathrooms. High class home. Pool is a decent size and deep enough prob 5 ft deep at the deep end, better than pics show. Right on lake Lanier. Dock was in great shape. We rented a boat for half a day and pulled right up to the dock, kitchen stocked with essentials, 3 levels, over all comfy beds, master down stairs was a little soft but slept great, close to restaurants. Great place to stay for families. We would definitely like to come back. Thank you

Family reunion
We loved the outdoor dining areas, fireplace, jacuzzi and pool for our active family gathering. The boathouse was a great docking space for our boat and the paddle boards and fishing poles were an appreciated bonus. The indoor open-floor-plan accommodated lots of family interaction. As Advertised! Amazing Home!
Decided to get away for a short R&R vacation and this was the perfect place to do it. We enjoyed the outdoor firepit at night with the moonlight peaking in on the lake, it was as peaceful as we could've asked for. Although we did not get in the pool the water was warm. The house was clean and the kitchen family room area was perfect for relaxing and conversing. I would definitely go back with the kids and invite a few friends just to utilize all the space. We are very picky and this place put us at ease and we had no regrets about our stay. We definitely recommend!

Awesome place!!!
Mark and Ken have totally outdone themselves! The MarKen manor was a pleasure to stay at. The house has everything you’ll need for a comfortable stay. It’s a great location and the dock was fantastic. We got to catch some fish just from the dock! They respond really fast and helped whenever we had any questions. We would definitely stay here again in the future.

We loved the property overall. The pool was FANTASTIC, 90 degrees and very clean. The bedrooms could have used a dresser or small table. Only one of the five bedrooms we used had one. Overall we were very happy with our stay.

Beautiful home on Lake Lanier . Enjoyed our time making memories. Enjoyed the large kitchen and all the amenities that are included. Pool and hot tub are amazing . Kayak and paddle boards were a plus enjoyed by a couple of our family members. A couple of recommendations I would give is to replace a couple of skillets in kitchen and non slip rugs at doorways . Would definitely consider renting this home again in future!

Spacious home great for large groups
I stayed here with a group of colleagues on a business trip. We were able to cook great meals, hang out, and enjoy the home in the evenings. Unfortunately we weren't able to take advantage of the lake or pool/hot tub, but will try to work it in on our next trip.
