This fantastic property located in Sant Francesc de Formentera welcomes 8 guests.
Outside the house, you will find a large furnished terrace where you can relax with your loved ones or enjoy the warm Mediterranean breeze. Thanks to the sun loungers available, you will be able to sunbathe comfortably. The outdoor dining area located on the porch is ideal for you to get together and extend your evenings together. You will be able to enjoy total privacy in this property, as there are no neighbours around you.
This single-storey house is divided into two annexes, making it ideal for families who travel together but still want to maintain their independence. In the first annexe, you will find a nice living-dining room open to the kitchen with a gas hob and all the necessary utensils to cook comfortably. All the bedrooms are equipped with AC. In this annexe, you will find two of them. One with a double bed and the other with two single beds. They also have a private bathroom with a shower. In the second annexe, you will find a bright living room open to the kitchen, also with a gas cooker and fully equipped and when it is time to sleep you can choose any of the two bedrooms available, one with a double bed and the other with two single beds. A bathroom with a shower completes this room. If you are travelling with your babies, we can provide two cots and two high chairs.

If you want to discover more about the history of this beautiful island, you can visit the Torre des Pi des Català, a defence tower built in the 18th century to protect the island from pirate attacks.
