I put a reservation in for 1 king size bed a month before my stay. When I checked in I saw on my receipt that they had me put in a 2 Queen Bed room with a walk-in shower. When I brought it up to the employee she said that they ran out of rooms with King Sized beds, so they "upgraded" me to a room with 2 Queen sized beds and a walk-in shower. The lack of communication was frustrating because I was not told my reservation was changed and they were not going to bring it up when I was checking in. When I got up to the room the shower was not a walk-in shower, it was a standard bathtub/shower. I called the front desk to speak to a manager and the employee I spoke to said she could move me to the same style of room but with a balcony. Although I would have to pay extra to be moved, even though it was not me that messed up my reservation. I will never stay at that hotel again.

Horrible place to stay. Homeless people were wandering around the property and parking lot. We were afraid our truck would get broken into. There were so many flies inside the room that I spent 30 minutes trying to swat the numbers down. Didn't bring any of our luggage in because we were afraid we would get some sort of bugs.

I didnā€™t realize how close it was to a gas station, it felt a little human-trafficky. I made limited trips to my car as the parking area didnā€™t feel very safe. My room smelled like a toxic cleaner- maybe better than dirty, but I wish I wouldā€™ve gone out for dinner because it was off-putting smelling that while eating. The bathroom door was patched poorly, and a smart TV with options to access my apps wouldā€™ve been better.

Going down hill fast....
This property has gone to being a long term residence facility for folks that drive "Grapes of Wrath" trucks and cars. They required a $150 damage deposit for a three night stay. The bathroom door had been kicked in and repaired with drywall screws and wood grain contact paper. The curtains were being held up with ONE screw as all the others were stripped out. The part time college student at the front desk offered us another room, but that one had a broken light fixture.... We took pictures of the room and had the same front desk employee check the room and SUPPOSEDLY we got our deposit credited back to our credit card....though their computer showed that we were in second room rather than the first....It was quiet and spacious, but definitely not a place we will go to again.

Dirty. Grimy. Window had two locks that didnā€™t work. Sheets and towels looked dirty. Missing essentials like a shower curtain. Offered another room and checked it out. Balcony door didnā€™t lock. Had an extremely cheap latch for it. Felt like I needed a shower after being there for a few minutes. Definitely not a recommended place for someone travelling. Staff was friendly though. Felt bad but just couldnā€™t do it.

I have stayed at Americas best frequently. This motel was dirty and run down. I arrived 30 minutes before check in time to an empty parking lot two clerks sitting talking looking annoyed as i came uip to the desk and pointed at a sign posted saying absolutely no early checkin. First red flag . So i sit and wait then when checking in there is a $150 deposit required( which they say will take up to 15 days to get back} second red flag. I stayed there 4 days not once was there maid service no clean towel etc. 3 rd red flag . Then to top it of the breakfast was disgusting and the facility was dirty. Recommend you stay away

We booked 2 rooms for two nights. Tried checking in, they only had one room. Except there were already people in that room. Bathrooms in lobby out of order. Had to go to a gas station to use the restroom while my husband tried canceling our reservations because we could not be guaranteed that they could find us unoccupied rooms. We were told our nonexistent rooms were non refundable. The grounds were unsafe, dark and sketchy.

Stay away from this hotel
Booked 2 months in advance. Showed up and they had no reservation or room for me. I showed them my printed itinerary. They said nothing they could do for me and pushed me aside to serve the next customer. This is after I flew in from out of state and got there at 10pm. After an hour of waiting they found me a room (no discount) that literally did not have blankets. On top of this the hotel is disgusting and filthy. The hallways and rooms reek of mold and cigarettes. Itā€™s the type of place youā€™d expect someone ODd the night before in the room and all tbey did was change the sheets. I have never experienced anything as terrible in my entire life. They should be ashamed of themselves
