Old Town home
The home was conveniently located and very quaint. We were not aware that this was a multi unit home and could hear every move the family above us made especially with this being an older home. It wouldn’t have been so bad but they began moving around at 5am. The house was clean and backyard was nice place to enjoy sitting in the evening.

Good location. A little tight
Cute little place with mostly everything you’ll need for a short stay. Fenced in yard was nice for the dogs and privacy. Propane fire table was a nice touch, but outdoor furniture wasn’t cleaned before our arrival. Place is right next-door to a college house full of guys who were very respectful and two doors down from a daycare and the kids are pretty noisy. Take that noise factor into account if you want to sleep in at all or are working remotely.

Landing spot during grandparent visit
The place was very clean and organized, lots of supplies in the kitchen, responsive property management. The only downside was we were short blankets and cold so borrowed some from our family in town. But other than that it was a great place to stay!

Great location
Great Old Town access- few minute walk- and great backyard for the pups. Good value. Not the most lux interior nor the most comfortable beds. Also- note that entry into bathroom from master is tiny- I am 6’5” and saw stars bashing my head on way in a few times. But again- if you won’t be inside much other than to sleep, the location is really worth it.

Great location
The location of property is great. Walking distance to CSU campus and plenty of parking. The beds are very low to ground, there’s not enough plugs for chargers etc..., and there are renters below and above you. It’s definitely not quiet as you can hear everything the tenants are doing. There’s no sound barrier whatsoever. It’s a shared outside space so unfortunately when we took out the garbage a dog jumped on you with muddy paws. It’s an older place so the floors creak very loudly. Also, no cable tv and pull out bed is very uncomfortable. It was fine for what we were here to do, but would not recommend if you wanted a quiet place to stay.

Wonderful location
We were in town for my daughter who attends CSU. This location was perfect. We enjoyed that we were able to bring our dogs and there was a fenced back yard. We were even able to check in a hour early without issue. Thanks!

Loved the Location!
It’s a little bit of an odd layout. Shared ( large) closet and dual entry to the single bathroom. The property is older with all the little things one would expect like less electrical outlets. The back steps were a real problem for my friend. There is no rail and the steps are very uneven. Loading and unloading were either In front with multiple doors and porch stairs or in back with the uneven steps and quite a distance to the gate and parking. Beds are low but comfy and clean. The kitchen could be a bit more furnished if one wanted to do much cooking. Positives were location, location! Lovely neighborhood to walk my dog plus a fenced yard. Shower was great, plenty of fluffy towels, AC worked well. Check-in was seamless. I appreciated our stay here and it was more than adequate! Thanks!!

Great location and set up for our needs
Everything was great except for funky moldy smell under kitchen sink (only reason I gave it a 4 of 5 stars). AC was huge bonus on hot days and nights while there. Beds were comfy, shower had great pressure ( no soap - bar or liquid for this??) and place was otherwise clean and well furnished. We used the lovely common sitting area in super big fenced backyard to play games and cards in later evenings. I planned on doing lots of cooking while there and the place had high end stovetop pots n pans but no baking (Pyrex or similar) pans that I could fine so it was limiting- all other kitchen items were available and great to use! Wonderful location, walking distance to university and surrounding restaurants was convenient!! Place served us well for our 3 day visit.

Perfect home for a getaway!
We truly enjoyed our stay at this property. The set up of the house is perfect for a long weekend or extended stay. The sitting area has ample seating and the kitchen is large enough to cook full meals. The home is very clean and had ample supplies. The back yard that has a fire pit with seating. We didn't use the fire pit but did enjoy drinks and appetizers sitting outside by the firepit at sunset and just sitting in the sun during the day. The location is great and you can't go wrong staying here! Our son has graduated from CSU now but if we come back to Fort Collins we will rent this property again for sure!

Great location
The location of the property is excellent if you want to be close to CSU and Old Town. The property is very clean and looks to be recently renovated. The house has two flats, an upper and a lower that are listed as short term rentals that are separated. There is also what appears to be a long term rental unit in the basement. We rented the downstairs flat which logistically is directly over the lower apartment which appears to be rented to a CSU student. That in and of itself is fine, except for the fact that whatever music, movie or meal that is being enjoyed in this apartment are now a part of your experience as well. There is little to no sound barrier and for whatever reason the smells are directly now included in your living space, otherwise we enjoyed our stay.

Bright and cheery.
This is a nice clean house. Well equiped kitchen. We enjoyed our stay. Nice neighborhood. Took a walk through the university's test gardens. The one draw back was the back staircase to the back yard and parking area. The steps need replacing. They are wonky to say the least and no hand rail to hold on to. Didn't see a picture of these stairs in the overview. Fortunately I had my sons to help me up and down. I agree with another reviewer that said the beds, though very comfortable, are low to the ground.
