We had a great stay at TownePlace Suites. We booked a studio with two queen beds. The room was big and had a small kitchen. However, the room service didn’t meet our expectations. We ran out of coffee and creamers, and they were not refilled. Special shout-out to Sebastian at the front desk. Outstanding customer service. Keep up the great work, Sebastian. You are rocking the front desk service.

The location was a very pleasant surprise right in downtown Loveland within walking distance of many restaurants. Our room was very comfortable and clean. We would stay there again and we did recommend it to our family.

Definitely worth every penny!
Beautiful and well-appointed! Great full breakfast and wonderful fire pit/ seating area outside, too. Would highly recommend and definitely go back.
