I enjoyed my stay at Super 8, Fort Frances. The staff were very helpful and pleasant. The building was clean and quiet and I slept well. I will stay again on my next visit to 'The Fort'.

House Hot tub by the pool was not working we also had a suite with hot tub in the room turned it on and hair and other stuff came out of the jets it was disgusting talked to the guy at the front deck said he would talk to the manager never heard a thing back from him.

Excellent management staff but short-staffed in housekeeping. Our room didn’t get “made-up” first morning…. No new towels, no beds made, no garbage emptied. Lack of staff. Excellent breakfast. Lovely pool but hot tub jets not working. Lots of parking.

We checked in late and the staff member was very nice. She had us all checked in very quickly. The only negative was breakfast. We have stayed here several times and this year breakfast was terrible. Waffle maker was broken, orange juice was watery, very little to choose from, garbage cans were filthy. There was a staff member in there but she didn’t seem to notice that they were out of nearly everything until someone asked. Otherwise, this is a great location, friendly staff, and we may stay again!
