Just a few steps to the beach, feel right at home and relax! Our fully decorated and vacation ready home offers 2 bedrooms with 2 full baths both have showers off the bedrooms, off street parking, with a chip and putt.. Best of all it's beach block. The kitchen has granite tops, stainless steel appliances including washer and dryer. There is 2 flat screen smart TVs with Netflix , comcast cable channels and high speed Internet. Conveniently located a few blocks south of 1st st. bridge for easy access to US 1 and all the shops, or just 2 blocks to the 5 star Marriott beach resort restaurant bar. Just a short walk to the Pompano beach pier and Atlantic Blvd. We also accommodate larger families with the 2 bedroom 2 bath unit next door, email us for details.

Our professional cleaners take there time and thoroughly clean each unit between guest. This including but not limited to washing all liens, disinfecting all hard services, door knobs, scrubbing appliances, kitchenware, dishes and bathrooms. As well as, changing filters and running commercial Ozone machines when necessary . Access to the unit is not given until the unit is clean.

Family trip
I went to Florida for a funeral a sad occasion but Dans property was amazing! I didn’t get to enjoy as much as I should have with so much running I will definitely be back. Quiet, centralized, by the beach, clean and comfy!

Great getaway by the sea!
My husband and 2 girls (9 and 13) had a great time at Dan's place. We had considered staying at a condo on the beach, but after reading all the regulations that went along with staying in a condo (parking fees, long elevator rides, so many rules) we thought that it was much better to stay somewhere more convenient. Dan's place checked all the boxes. It's literally steps away from the ocean and you can use the cart provided with all the sand toys to pack your beach essentials. Forgot something? Don't fret because your a short 3 min walk from your place. Even staying on the beach, there's no way you could have made it to the beach any quicker with elevator rides, etc.. Parking is a breeze, you pull right in. Check in and out was simple as well. The beach access was premier. You walk right down the end of your road to access the beach, whick has a convenient wash off spot too. The place was quiet and having a washer and dryer was also convenient. Dan even provided some laudry detergent and dryer sheets. He was very responsive and helpful. The beds are not the most comfortable, but we are picky. We would most definitely stay at Dan's place again.

Great spot for access to Dive shops and boats
Had a great stay at this property. Everything was as it says in the listing. A/C was great. Seemed extremely private, but we were in the middle of everything in Pompano. Really appreciated the outside hose, and washer/dryer - made it very convenient for diving.

Perfect rental!
All our needs were met! Host has thought of everything! Down to beach chairs, insulated bags and numerous towels. Best accessory was the cart to haul everything we needed on our short walk to the beach! This is the perfect small rental!

Perfect location with all you need to enjoy a vacation in Pompano beach
We recently stayed at this condo over spring break. My family and I flew in from Michigan and were very happy with the proximity to the beach (5 min walk max) as well as the amenities. The condo has everything you need to enjoy staying at the beach. Beach towels, Beach cart, boogie boards, sand toys, umbrella, and chairs. The condo was clean, updated, and relaxing to hang out it. The walk to the beach is very easy going as the entire area is setup for people to walk to/from the beach without worrying much about traffic. You exit the condo, turn left, and the first road you approach to cross has a cross walk that cars stop at, and once you cross you are at the beach. This part of Pompano beach is really nice since it is not very busy, we were there over spring break and the beach area had very few people on it which is what we wanted. If you want a bit more of a crowd it is a simple 5 min walk in either direction on the beach to the more populated area. The owner of the property has fantastic communication and makes sure all of your needs are met. My kids enjoyed the putting green and the bunk beds.

This gem is in a great location and within a short walk to the beach.
The outdoor space was greatly appreciated with a covered space, tables & chairs, well lit at night and many fun evening s and meals were enjoyed out there. Dan was very attentive and responsive to our messages. A short drive to fun nightlife in Lauderdale by the Sea, or north to Deerfield Beach . Plus many easily accessed to places in Pompano Beach.

Overall this property was very nice. The parking was a bit challenging with a VERY narrow driveway to the unit. Also, one of the shelters was blown over by the wind, while we were there. Not the safest of situations, but hopefully it will be taken care of before the next guest arrives. Check in and check out were very smooth.

Clean property, updated appliances, (only inconvenience was no ice maker), good communication with owner. Privacy a little undesirable as the property is sandwiched between condos/apts. Had a tennis match going on in basically in the back yard one day. Be sure to confirm there will be no construction going on during your stay. I was pretty much trapped in the unit with construction workers sitting by the only door, and having to step over materials to get to the front of building with our dog. Only grassy area is on the street. This being said, the location is absolutely perfect, a 3 minute walk to beach, and the property is super clean. As long as the additional activity isn’t going on, you should have a wonderful stay!!

Little private charm, close to everything. Walk to the beach is less than 5’. Have everything you need to cook a basic meal. Only the lighting in the house is so weak specially in the kitchen in the evening but it didn’t bother me much. I love the private backyard where I sit out enjoying my coffee every morning.

Nice property! Very spacious feel and suited our needs exactly. Kitchen was well appointed, and the beach gear was a total blessing. We spent the whole time on the beach, and since we flew didn’t have space to bring all that! Good times!

One of the cleanest places we have ever stayed at
Dan's place was one of the cleanest places we stayed at for our small anniversary and family getaway. We came down for 2 days. It rained 90% of the time we were here. The only downfall was there was no tv in the bedroom with the bunkbeds. I loved he had brand name soap and finally a vacation rental with good toilet paper. It was nice he had beach chairs and a little push cart even though we didn't get to really enjoy the beach due to the weather. Definitely will book again if your looking for a clean safe place.

The property was in a perfect location, less than 5 min walk to the beach. Was secluded so it felt like we had our own little villa. The unit was perfect for me and my parents to stay at as we both had our own little areas. The property manager was very communicative and easy to get a hold of if necessary. The property is located within walking distance to the beach (about 3 minutes). The property is very clean, and the host is very responsive to his guests. Pros: awesome location a minute walk from the beach, great backyard, big kitchen, very responsive host Cons: squeaky bed, not extremely clean towels, though Dan brought additional ones when we asked, so not a big deal. Love the location , walk across the street to beach . Quite beach since no public parking. The place was just as pictured . Everything you need to cook on the kitchen . Comfortable living space to relax and watch tv . Love the table and chairs under the gazebo out back . Great place to have morning coffee or afternoon drinks . Will diffently return .

Perfect Location!
We are repeat visitors to this beautiful and conveniently located property. As VRBO users of 20 years, we have visited numerous properties around the world. We find that the owners/property managers play a pivotal role in how much we enjoy our stay and in this case, Dan is an absolute gem. I can't speak highly enough of him! After a minor internet issue (which was probably my fault), Dan replied to my text within minutes and visited the home promptly to fix the issue. This quiet and immaculate home is within a short block of a beautiful beach, which we visited every day of our stay. The beach was very sparsely visited - most days we saw between 5 and 15 other beach goers on the entire long stretch of manicured sand. It felt as if it were our private beach! The property is comfortably furnished and convenient to restaurants and shops, should you choose not to eat in. With two bedrooms (each with their own full bathroom) flanking the living room and kitchen, the floor plan is wonderful for a family or friends traveling together. Dan, thanks for being such a considerate host - we will definitely return again! Kathy and Morgan
