Stayed here 12/28/24. I reserved this room at 7 p.m. online, after another reservation nearby to FLL did not work out. The receptionist was polite and informative - Im sorry I forget his name or I would give him a shout out. They had my reservation even though I had reserved it only minutes before. Room was spotless and smelled good. We used the microwave and cooktop, and some basic cookware, china, and silverware which were in the room and ready to use. Oh - and free coffee in the lobby - regular and decaf - and they were pretty good! Another perk is a free airport shuttle, 24 hours to and from FLL. It was almost a shame we stayed only one night to catch a 5:30 a.m. flight from FLL the next morning, and had not planned to turn our rental car in a day early to take advantage of the shuttle. If I am ever vacationing in the Fort Lauderdale area I am definitely coming back to this hotel.

The front desk gentleman was professional friendly and accommodating. The location is in a very good area plenty of shopping and restaurants near. Several places are withing walking distance. The hotel is pet friendly and the one room had a steong urine scent. He did switch our room but the second one had a scent to it as well just not as strong.

Decor wise the hotel is nice and clean (I’m conflict with the clean part but I’ll explain.) The rooms are good size and it’s very quiet. That being said…there were roaches in my room which made the clean looking room seem dirty to me and the bathroom sink was a little clogged so the water drained out slowly. It’s such a nice property to have roaches and drainage problems because it looks fairly new

I like this place. The room is a bit sterile with not much character, but it is quiet and comfortable. In addition, they pick you up at the airport. People that work the front desk are very nice. A choice of places to eat across the busy street as well as a supermarket. WE UBER to the port, maybe 10 minutes away. A very convenient place to stay when on a cruise

Wanted to relax! But that didn’t happen
The staff were friendly and nice. The issue was there was a banging noise from 12pm until we checked out the next day. It wasn’t the club and it was constant. I thought it would stop once it got later in the day but it kept banging.
