The Property was EXCELLENT. It's a GEAT loation close to anything you might need and you're just minutes from I95 which connects you to ANYTHING and ANYWHERE you may WANT. The ONLY REASON I didn't rate it as 5 star is because of the construction/remodeling noise that No One mentioned. SMH

Overall: I will NOT stay here again.
1. BEDS !!! TOO HIGH. I can't get off the bed without feel like I am falling down. My feet are 6" off the floor when I sit on the edge of the bed. STUPID. Do you really think that a bed so high off the floor is SAFE ??? To get on the bed, I have to lean forward and put my chest on the bed - and roll on over onto the bed. HOW STUPID you make me feel. I will never return to this hotel. 2. Kikis Mexican food. WHAT? no tacos!!!. I walked down the street to taco bell for tacos. STUPID. 3. The front desk didn't know there was a taco bell down the street. Didn't know if there was a McDonald's near by either. Your staff doesn't even know how to help new visitors. 4. One roll of toilet paper which was 2/3 used already. STUPID. 5. Weak shower. 6. Stark and spartan front foyer. Looks and feels like a ghost town.

The room was extremely spacious and it was clean. The surrounding area was quiet and I was able to relax without interruption. The hotel staff was friendly and responsive. The hotel is about eight minutes away from the cruise ship port. I ate at Kiki’s Mexican Restaurant & Bar during my stay because it was convenient and the food was good. Yes, the food is priced slightly higher, but the portion size was excellent and the food was fresh. Lastly, the staff was polite and attentive. (If you have the time, you can find cheaper options nearby). A minor Issue is; the bathtub was clean but the tub liner is stained and the fixtures should be changed and updated. Overall, I would stay here again and it’s a great option if you’re planning a cruise and need a place to stay.

The check-in desk staff were very nice and pleasant. I didn't like that the room was ready early and we would have to pay a $30 fee to get in early. If the room is ready and not being used, just let people in like every other hotel brand has done with-out charging extra. Breakfast was nicely done and had good variety and fresh.

The hotel is nice! My bad experience came when there were two fire alarms that went off, my rest was disturbed and I had to walk down 10 flight of stairs TWICE! Imagine that! There was no warning of the first one and no explanation regarding the second alarm. I only found any information from guest, nothing from the staff! I was furious and I felt unsafe. I was then charged a late checkout fee after about 15 extra minutes in the room. I was also never contacted back after I called about my disservice. Nothing to this day has been corrected let alone a contact back. I will never in life stay at this property.
