Room what’s absolutely disgusting. Not clean, dead bugs in light fixtures, dirty napkins on the floor and garbage in the closet. Checking in was so difficult because there was no one at the desk for almost 20 minutes. Check out was just has bad had to wait 30 minutes for someone to come to the front to check out and just no customer service whatsoever.

Let’s start off by a $50 3 hour early check in fee! They do not hold luggage if you arrive early or have later flight. All the common areas were old dingy and not kept up. The bar don’t open til 5pm and they have a restaurant that’s closed half the year.

Great location! Right across from the ocean. Affordable! Pool area was clean and secluded. Nice tiki bar for a night ap! Loves it. Had a great time!!

Quick vacation
Check in was ok. Door said open until 11p but it wasn’t so had to go to window to get attention to check in. Area is extremely close to lots of food places and shops right down street from the ocean . Outside area was mainly clean . Inside had a run down look but was clean . Shower was good, bed was decent . Had issues with key cards the next day went to office no one was there kept calling the office finally someone from the bar next to the office went to another area and got someone to fix my cards to access my room . Check out was very easy

The bath room is hard to close door to use the bathroom. the room smelled like it had not been cleaned in years like an old damp basement. the isn't really any parking there. then they have loud music from an outside bar. hard to get into and out of. the beds aren't queen size they are more like double beds not queens. This isn't somewhere you want to be if you are wanting quite and be able to rest. the beds where spring mattress not comfortable at all.. My sister-in-law is blind and they put us on the third floor. which stunk in the elevator. JUST AWFUL PLACE. NEVER AGAIN.

I was surprised by how nice and professional the staff were. The cleaning ladies had positive attitudes as well. Check-in was super fast and the front desk very accommodating and helpful. Very well run facility, and easy on the budget. Would definitely stay here again! :)

nice clean hotel for quick stay. There was no coffee though in the lobby or rooms or nearby. disappointing to have to walk to a Mcdonalds when management could offer coffee at little cost. otherwise, good value for the area.

Arrived to hotel and there was nobody there to check us in. We waited 30 or more minutes to check in. Finally a guy with no shirt on goes to the office and gives is the keys. We were about to find another hotel.
